I already called by phone to have them check because I lost my ID and the girl didn't want to work and told me I had to go in person, a terrible job. I'm going to go in person, but I'll cancel my membership since I don't want to go to a place where people treat you badly and don't take the time to check if you lost your ID, plus it's all a shitty job. The dyes they paint different parts of your body separately, it leaves spots on your skin. Terrible service!!!!!!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Palm Beach Tan and was extremely impressed by the outstanding service provided by Dylan. From the moment I walked in, Dylan greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcome. His knowledge about the various tanning options and products was exceptional, and he took the time to understand my needs and preferences.
Dylan's professionalism and attention to detail ensured that I received the perfect tan. He patiently answered all my questions and provided valuable tips for maintaining my tan. The salon was clean, well-maintained, and had a relaxing atmosphere, thanks to Dylan's dedication to his work.
Overall, my experience at Palm Beach Tan was fantastic, and I highly recommend Dylan for his exceptional customer service and expertise. I will definitely be returning for future tanning sessions. Thank you, Dylan, for making my visit so enjoyable!

Staff are friendly & very informative. Facility is always tidy and disinfected - love the accommodations & extra attention to details. Every bed I have seen at this location has the most current technology and the brightest bulbs.

Not impressed w customer service each time I went and expensive. A single tan level 3 bed I paid 50$ for not even the whole twelve mins I paid for bed went maybe 8 mins. I guess you have to be from their neighborhood to get good friendly service. I felt judged and uncomfortable in their salon.

It's been awhile since I've had a spray tan and not only did I come out with great results but Dylan the young lady at the front was such a joy to be around, such a hard worker and to see her interact with every guest that walked in made me want to come back.Service: Spray tanning
