On Thursday, 6/13/2024, I was in the Houston area for work. Earlier that evening, I discovered a screw in one of my tires that I was going to get fixed the next morning. At 7:00 pm, my wife called me with a family emergency. Luckily, NTB in League City, TX, stayed open until 8:30 that night. When I got there, I was informed they wouldn't be able to patch the tire due to the lack of tred remaining, and the other front tire was in bad condition due to dry rot. I explained to Antis the association in the front that I had a family emergency, and he quickly called the fleet vehicle number to request authorization to change the tires. The vehicle is a government vehicle, and anything over $100.00 requires pre-approval. He was on hold for a long time, but eventually got the approval and changed out my tires. The guys could have very easily told me to come back tomorrow, but everyone busted their butts to get the vehicle repaired and me back home. I'm extremely grateful to Antis and the rest of the staff. Excellent customer service and work! Thanks guys.

I purchased my tires from Tire Rack and had NTB install them.
I got a screw in my tire and drove over and they fixed it free since I purchased the lifetime balance and rotation.
NTB has since been bought by Mavis Discount Tire and they don't offer this package anymore.

Not sure why I made an appointment. We were told 45 minutes to one hour for a balance and rotate. 1-1/2 hours in, our car is still on the rack.

My wife's tire blew out on her truck and we limped it to this location. We ended up needing all 4 tires and the spare replaced. Absolutely hated that this happened before they closed but the whole crew stayed late and really helped us out of a bind. Could not be more happy with their service. 5 stars deserved.

They put windshield wiper fluid in my over flow container. My radiator water was blue. Had to drain the radiator. Got no compensation for their mistake
