Booked my wife and myself an appointment to get pedicures together. This was actually my first pedicure I have ever gotten and booked here based on reviews. I got confused showed up at 915 an my appointment was for 1030. Staff was really nice and actually told us just have a seat we will get you in early. I forget who my my had but I had Katie and she was amazing. Very nice and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. When I was done my feet looked and felt amazing. Just wish I didn't wait until I was 40 to start getting these. Definitely will be coming back here again.

KimLoan#2 has excellent services and a fantastic staff! Clean and thoroughly sanitized with reasonable prices. Reviews are true about customers being treated like family. Also, I want to mention that Kim and her staff treat each other with respect, too! This creates a welcoming environment for customers. Thank you!!!

I went in for a pedi only due to me being on my lunch break and WOW! Debbie did such a good job. If someone gives you an AMAZING foot massage, you’re not going to forget it at all ? she took her time and you can tell she enjoys doing her job. Also, the pedicure in itself was great too! If you’re in the area and want a relax & get a great pedicure, ask for Debbie

Decided to try this location based on reviews and unfortunately it will be my first and last visit. I previously had an overlay done on both my big toes at another salon. The tech didn’t know how to properly file my toes, paint them or remove any dead skin. I asked her a few times to file my nails and remove skin and mentioned I didn’t like the paint job and she continued to work on my feet without fixing the problem. I remained calm and respectful and asked another tech to communicate this to her as I believed we had a language barrier, but the second tech didn’t understand either. The owner Kim I believe came to fix my nails as she over heard the conversation and promptly fixed my nails and polished them correctly. Everyone was sooo sweet at this location and I appreciate the promptness in fixing my nails but unfortunately this salon is not for me. Ps … my big toe is still not polished correctly ?

My wife has been coming here for years for her nails ans petticure, and got me a petticure scheduled (maybe she didn't like my feet lol) a few years ago and I have been going whenever i need one with Debbie she is a sweetheart and does a wonderfull job and as others have mention the place is super clean always. I highly recommend it.

It was my first time here and it was a completely random pop in for me as I don't live in this area but I walked in and was able to have the lady and owner herself (Kim) do my nails. She was very knowledgeable, personable and patient. Even when she tried the color I asked for and turned out I wanted to change it, she did it with ease and made sure I was happy with the new color I chose. If I lived closer I would for sure be seeing her every 2 weeks, my experience was very positive and it felt personalized to me, thank you Kim!
