If you haven’t been to MINI of Clear Lake lately, it’s time to make the trip. Besides having all work MINI certified, the Diamond Club treatment was extremely welcoming. Before you’re even out of your vehicle, you’re welcomed in a remarkable way. The waiting area is tier one, and the area where your vehicle is serviced is cleaner than most waiting areas. You and your car will be well-treated from start to finish. Mr. D. Tyson is HIM. Make your call to MINI of Clear Lake, ask for the Mr. Tyson treatment, and be well taken care of.

My service rep, Lukas, was so helpful! He kept me informed, didn’t push a lot of extra services, and was generally just a very positive gentleman.

The repairs and the time they were completed were great as usual. I couldn't recommend mini enough. However my regular mechanic David was out and his "assistant" Nick had a strange attitude (maybe just his personality) while working with us. Comments like "I was getting scared you weren't coming back" after taking 30min to get to the dealership for pickup. As well as having an attitude with my confused wife over a coupon that carefully stated "as low as". Maybe a refresher on customer service etiquette or a sparring session could help. I'll be back for sure as long as it's David

Their maintenance department is Amazing. I took my vehicle for service and they took such great care of me and my car that I am truly impressed. My car was going to take a couple of hours so they sent me home in an Uber and picked me up when my car was ready. Additionally, the service specialist was amazing!! I truly felt value and my car is in perfect condition. I definitely recommend this location for all your Mini needs!!

My 2013 Mini Cooper Coupe JCW spent a month total in the shop. I asked for an inspection twice. $8200 worth of work later, the windshield washer still doesn’t work, they didn’t put my bumper back like I asked, and the accessory belt failed from dry rot on my vacation in Galveston during the hurricane. Turns out that squeak I asked you to investigate was the dry rotted belt slipping. Patently ridiculous. Also, more insultingly, the young man who took my keys the second time I brought it in the shop came back five minutes later and asked my if I had the keys to my beetle.
Update: One of the parts they have installed has fallen off. Still haven’t heard back from Fidel.

David is really great. He has helped with our cars for every mini cooper we've had. Whenever we have any concerns about the car, we ask for David. The mini dealership service that's provided is so reassuring and I always feel like I'm getting the most help, with the best intentions met here.

We dropped off my wife’s car for a routine oil change and concerns over the brake light coming on. Long story short, service here is horrible. They do not care about the customer. No explanation on why the brake light is coming on or what the 7500k estimate was about. When we walked over to the service desk after the 3 hour oil change. The rep sucked. I wont drop names because the work culture is not the service rep’s fault. The fault falls on the general manager. Thank God I do not drive a BMW. At least the offered a free Uber to the mall but even that was a horrible experience. The ride to the mall was fine but the ride back was a nightmare. Had to wait an additional 20 minutes because they couldn’t get the pick up location right even after we told BMW where we were located. I’m sure they are super nice if I had come in to buy a car. Lol. No thanks.
