The Repair Service was fast upon approval from my Service warranty company. The staff were responsive and professional after multiple calls not being answered. A little wait time to get the loaner vehicle and the final bill was higher than the estimate I got upon approval of the repairs.
However I'm glad my vehicle was repaired and I am back on the road with my ride.

Very welcoming staff, they will definitely treat you as a VIP. The salesman Mr. JR Thomas is very professional he goes way beyond your expectations. Mr. Allan sales manager was a gentleman too. I didn’t buy the car because it was a little above my budget, but yet the treated me very nice til the last minutes.
This is a 5 stars dealership very luxurious showroom, fancy service waiting area, self service bar & amenities were amazing, and an upscale clean restrooms.
Definitely I will go back soon to buy next car.

Worst purchase I ever made! I should have kept my Lexus. Check engine light came on 4 weeks after purchase. Tech couldn’t find anything wrong and questioned if light actually came on. Well, happened again two weeks later. After two days I get a text that my tires are down to 6/32 and a rodent chewed through the wiring harness. I had to call in to talk with someone (you’d think someone would call me) and was told they could try to repair or I could file against my insurance to replace the harness. Crazy! As far as I know, they sold me the car like this! Brand new 2024 C300 and all this in less than two months (and only 1800 miles). I was told a manager would call me. You’d think that would occur quickly, but no. I have no trust with this dealership/service department. Will never buy again. This issue may need my attorney to get involved. Lemon law!
Update: No, you’re not looking into anything! I’ve submitted a claim to Mercedes and can’t even get a response from them! All a bunch of scam artists. Rest assured, you have not heard the last of me.
Update: still unable to reach person handling my claim at Mercedes. The pictures show the rodent damage. Should be obvious this amount of damage could not occur overnight. Tech had to remove manifold and use scope to see. Not something a rodent would attempt unless the car was sitting for long period (like during shipment from manufacturer to dealer). Seems pretty obvious.
Update: WOW! I just got called by MB headquarters by the person handling my claim. Basically, his response is there's nothing he can do from his position, it's all up to the dealership and their management. Funny, the dealership referred me to MB headquarters! This is such a run-around. You have no recourse or any means of settling issues with this company. I wasted a week to learn that this guy can't do anything...what a great job...just take in information and let customers know there's nothing he can do. BUYER BEWARE!!! I will make it my duty to inform those who surround me as a center of influence to warn them from buying a Mercedes. This will be an ugly lease...
Final update:
The GM of the dealership, along with his service director decided to make it right after MB refused to do anything. They kept my car for a week and gave me a loaner. They had their most experienced tech repair the wiring harness and replaced a computer module that was damaged from the faulty wiring. I’ve had my car back for a few months now and it seems to be working just fine. I wanted to give these two gentlemen kudos for doing the right thing for the customer at their own expense. It renews my hope that there are still good people in the world.
