The store is very organized and easy to find what we need every time. The guys out back are very friendly and load up our truck/trailer quickly. But I’m rating this store low SOLEY due to terrible customer service from ONE cashier. The first time I thought he was having a bad day, the second time I gave him the benefit out doubt again, but more than that is a pattern. He’s very rude, short and has snarky comments every encounter. I will be driving further from now on to the other stores instead just so I don’t have to deal with him.

Worst McCoy they lie to you about the deliveries. I’ll rather shop on the one in Galveston they have better service and they don’t lie about delivery hours.

I walked in, purchased supplies, set up delivery day (which happen to fall on Hurricane Beryl day (who knew) This group didn't miss a beat. Storm came through and Daniel our delivery guy came through in less than 24 hours with our materials. This store didn't even have power. Laura called from her cell phone to get these things delivered. I want to thank both of them. This is how business should be run. Great job!

I stopped inside the McCoys in League City for a quick last min pickup. The store was so organized, that I was able to find what I needed quickly. I didn’t feel like I was walking a mile trying to find what I needed like I do when I am in a big box store. They also have everything you need from building supplies to things such as garden decorations, BBQ pits and supplies to even things for your pets! The staff is so friendly and willing to help. I’ll definitely be back in the future and be recommending McCoys to friends and family.
