This place is a scam they take advantage of young people who are new to financing options. I told the gentleman that I would not be able to purchase my mattress all upfront and wanted to do monthly installments, so he told me the 'only' way to do that is to get the credit card not once did he mention the "lease-to-own purchase program" that I am now seeing on the website. I have been making automatic payments so not once have I had any late payments, and now I'm checking my statement to see that my bill has gone up because I am now being charged interest because of the promotion ending, HE DID NOT MENTION ANYTHING TO ME NOR EVEN WARNED ME TO MAKE SURE TO PAY THE MATTRESS OFF BEFORE THIS DATE IN ORDER TO PREVENT INTEREST. This might be common sense for most but for people who are doing this for the first time it would have been nice and human to warn or share some first-time knowledge with the guest. He was fully aware that I'm new to this and he clearly took advantage of me being naive!

Emily was very friendly, knowledgeable & willing to help find the right mattress for me. She worked every opportunity at her disposal to reduce the overall price of the mattress & adjustable frame (my all in price). It wasn’t like, “sorry, this is the price, it’s the best I can do.” She worked to get me very near what I hoped to pay & I ended up with a higher quality mattress for about the same (lower) price than I originally looked at. I recommend you ask for Ms. Emily!

We had such a pleasant experience buying a new mattress today! We went in thinking we knew what we wanted, but left with a much better luxury mattress and 2 amazing memory foam pillows as well! Emilie did a fantastic job. She was professional, patient and knowledgeable! This was our second purchase at this store and we will definitely be back.

I’m so lucky to have stopped in to check out a mattress yesterday. I was really intimidated by the task of making such an important decision, but Emilie was so kind and helpful with selecting the perfect mattress in my price range. She asked me questions to ascertain what I needed, and was patient with me when I got a little emotional recounting how I lost my last bed in Hurricane Beryl. Even though I had stopped in like 15 minutes before closing time, she didn’t rush me, and really listened to me. I’m so excited to get to sleep in my new bed tonight!! I’ve been sleeping on my dog’s crib-sized twin bed since the hurricane, so I’m turning my ringer off and gonna sleep until I can’t sleep any more.
