Really wish my windshield had not been damaged by the team taking care of my car during the paint job. However, I do appreciate Jose’s help during the process. He was knowledgeable!

I'm highly upset with the collision center. Not only the lack of communication, but it's been 9 WEEKS since I left my car with them. The "finish timeline" was set back 3 or 4 times. What makes matters worse is that my stickers will be due once I do receive it back. However, I was told I'd have to put 50 miles on my car in order to have it done and get the inspection passed. So I'll have to risk getting a ticket, too? GREAT!

I bought a brand new 2017 Toyota 4runner TRD Off-Road. Mid 2018 I noticed there are 3 cloudy spots on my 4runner roof and 2 on top of the hood, each is about 4"x7". I went Mac Haik Toyota Collison Center to see if they can fix it. I talked to a guy name Eddy or Andy, he introduced himself as shop manager. He told me just wait for few months and see if those spots will get worse and we will see from there. Of course Covid happened and when I contacted Mac Haik again I was told if I decided let them repaint my vehicle roof and hood, it'll take around 4 to 6 weeks or some time longer and they will not provided loaner cars. This year (2023) paint damage got even worse. It flakes and looks like snake shedding. Now Mac Haik service department and Collison center refused to accept the responsibility because that individual is no longer employed at Mac Haik.

Held my car for 3 full days, wasting my rental car money to tell me they can’t work on the car. Absolute waste of time and money. The staff there completely lied to me, they told me they would do the repairs which I why I pulled my car from caliber and transferred it to them. Absolute joke. Will never go there again for maintenance or purchasing another vehicle.

Don't buy a vehicle from here! Today is September 30th, 2023. My name is Alondra Maldonado, I bought a 2020 Jeep compass from Larry T. and Manny in used at the Mac haik toyota dealership in league city . I bought the 2020 Jeep in July and the very next day it broke down on me with transmission problems . They took the Jeep back the very next day and said they would repair it and have been repairing it ever since. it's been 4 months now and I have still not received my vehicle back. I've been in 4 different loaners and they seem to not care about fixing my Jeep. The Salesman and used car manager even said they would take The Jeep back and let me purchase a different vehicle but then 3 days later changed their mind and said their just gonna fix the Jeep. They are taking advantage of me by selling me a bad vehicle and it's been 4 months! run! don't buy a vehicle from here! I'll keep this updated when I get my Jeep back if I ever get it back! And yes they have kept me in their 2023 vehicle loaners these past 4 months and I have put over 10k miles on all of them combined! If anyone can help me take legal action please help!

I was quoted 65 dollars by their rep Jose over the phone to install 1 small piece of molding which he agreed was Toyota's fault it broke in the first place ended up charging me 137$ 2.5 hours when the repair only took 1 hour and 15 minutes very disappointing experience I will not be backService: Body & Trim

Jose and his team did an amazing job with my car. You can't tell it was hit at all, looks brand new! Jose was also super nice and helpful throughout the whole process.

I am looking for car and responded to one of there internet adds. I called again on Friday and they said the car was still available, but was being looked over by mechanic but to come on down. I said I am driving from tomball and it is a 2 hr drive. They said come on it will be done by then. so I drove 2 hours there only to go look at the car and THEN they told me it needed a new tranny and they would not be selling car. The worst bait and switch, on top of It, am out 4 hours and a tank of gas. SLEEZE BALLS!
