We love being a part of the Lighthouse family. We’ve been going here over a year now and my kids enjoy it so much. My 2 year old is thriving in his class and my 6 year old goes after school and on school holidays when he can. The teachers are the best, and ever since the change of directors, I feel like the school is on the best path it has ever been since we started. Everyone should give this school an opportunity for their children, you won’t regret it!

We've been sending our son to Lighthouse since October 2020 when he was 8 months old. The staff here are fantastic. Their team genuinely feels like a family. I feel confident in their ability to give my son fundamental social and educational experiences while in their care, and I would recommend them to anybody!

I don’t give 5 stars for anyone.I always feel room for improvement.I don’t like that if my kid isn’t going to be in school a week I still have to pay full price.once a year.I do like when I say my son is missing something they look for it.Price isn’t bad.I like getting updates via email.I have my favorite teacher Maria love her, I don’t like when my son isn’t in her class he come home a different child.A bad experience can happen at any daycare. They have always fixed any concerns I have had.Such has giving him to much fruit or nap time.My son love’s going to school.

My 2 year old son has been going to LLA for almost 6 months now, and honestly we love it. He is learning so much in school and gets so excited every morning when we tell him we are going to school.Pros of the center: The people - I love everyone I have talked to here and have had plenty of communication throughout our time here so far. Also, they communicate very well through email when there are illnesses or other news and post blog posts showing what the kids have been doing and learning about each week. Also the price is very competitive compared to other centers. Lastly, my aon learns SO MUCH here!!! He is speaking in full sentences and even Spanish (I do not speak spanish so it is all from here and I love that). His development would not be nearly as advanced as it is without LLA.The cons: They do not have videos that can be seen on an app or online. However, if you want to see any footage, they will show you if you ask. I also wish I knew more about his friends in school. I think it could be fun to hang out with some of his classmates outside of daycare if I had any clue who he was playing with. Lastly, I wish they sent more pictures, individual updates, etc home. They send home a daily report but not consistantly and only sometimes does it have extra notes. I think taking an extra second to write something personalized about his day would be nice.Overall, I really like this daycare. They communicate well, are always very sweet, and I can tell my little one really enjoys his time here.

So tomorrow morning is going to be a very super emotional day for me. If wasn't for the light house learning academy, who knows if my son would or could of been here today. So tomorrow i get to hug and cherish every moment with my sons day care teachers and principals to tell them thank you for saving my sons life because without them, or him i don't know where id be today . As a teacher you have been given a trust, to watch over someone eles kid and make sure nothing happens to them, and you never know when an incident may come up. So as i walk out those doors tomorrow and leave my kids there , i know in my heart my kids are safe. My kids teachers are NOT just teachers ,they are ... SUPER HEROS! I recommend this daycare 100% hands down and this comes from a concerning mother who doesnt trust anyone with her kids but herself . i trust these teachers and main directors with my life.

Horrible experience here. Filthy, understaffed, and constantly ignoring parents requests. Would not recommend, and I am horrified the bad experiences keep continuing for other parents as well.

Great facility, friendly and caring staff. Sad to see one experience turning into multiple bad reviews by friends... no complaints!

**UPDATE** The mothers leaving negative reviews are not friends-we all have separate experiences about this facility. Cadence Bedre is the assistant director of LH and continues to write postive reviews. These 5 star posts you see are employees who are trying to "save face" after the dishonesty another parent and I are exposing them for. Tiffany Kitchens is also an employee and writing positive reviews.I just went to pick up my son and dis-enroll him. A few weeks ago my husband went to pick up my infant son. He met a new employee named Leslie who engaged in conversation. At this time she picked up another infant and soothed him by gently shaking him. She then proceeded to make a joke stating that she is giving the baby shaking infant syndrome. My husband also stated she had an infant sleeping in a bouncer with a blanket over her head. Leslie was also on her cellphone with 3-4 babies in the room when my husband walked in (she tried to hide the phone when she saw him come to the door). The next day I came to get my son. When I walked in she had 3 babies one sleeping and 2 playing while she was on her cellphone. My 8 month old son was in a crib with no sheet, on his stomach with a heavy fleece blanket wrapped around his whole body including his head! If my son stopped breathing Leslie would have zero clue!I complained to Jamie the director and she removed Leslie from the infant room pending investigation. Today Jamie sent me an email saying no other parent complained about Leslie and that she admitted to all the complaints I had and understands this was in poor taste. I said I'd keep my son at the facility only if Leslie would be moved to another classroom. I was basically told because I'm the only parent who complained about Leslie that I either deal with a woman who makes shaken baby jokes or I can find another daycare. So, parents who have their kids in the infant room or are thinking about it.. You're trusting a woman who has admittedly joked about babies dying, didn't pay attention to babies so she could be on her phone, and wrapped my infant head to toe in a fleece blanket.Good job LH, you traded an employee who will eventually harm a child for a loyal customer.I'd like the owner to take this complaint seriously and calk me with questions. Owner, your director is flushing your company down the drain.
