This is relevant to this business because it represents their ethics and overall business practices. I am a highly qualified individual that applied for a dispatcher position. I took more than an hour out of my day to come to their office and apply. Spoke with a female, Tiffany (that has numerous negative reviews for her nasty attitude) that told me she would run m y background and get back to me. Two weeks later, I had no reply. I then called and was asked to leave a message. It has been more than a month with no reply. This is flakey. I saw another similar complaint with a reponse from the owner pleading to remove the dialogue because it was not relevant to their business. It is absolutely relevant and demonstrates the overall culture. I noticed that the job has been reposted 2 times since I applied. Their repetitive attrition is a key indicator that the organization has issues. UPDATE: You don't return calls. Try again. Flakes

Just had them come tow my AWD Cayenne and it was the easiest experience with a two service I have ever had. Polite, courteous, and communicative.

I had a great experience with Wesley, my tow truck driver. He arrived promptly and immediately put me at ease with his friendly and professional demeanor. Wesley explained the towing process clearly and handled my vehicle with care, showing his expertise throughout the process.
What impressed me the most was his willingness to go above and beyond. He offered helpful advice on nearby repair shops and ensured my belongings were secure. His positive attitude really turned a stressful situation into a manageable one.

I was stuck in bad spot and my tow truck driver Wassin Sarhoud w/ League City Towinh gave me the best help and customer service experience throughout all my troubles. He was very clear on what went wrong with the car , what to do and where to go to get it fixed and offered me a ride as well too. Thanks Sam I won't forget how you helped me .

Sunday evening my vehicle was towed by this company. Later that night I tried to get it back, the lady who answered the phone told me to call back in the morning. Mind you, they are opened 24 hours. I called back in the morning, they gave me the total. I told the lady that I would come whenever I get off of work, she said that was fine. I went to get my vehicle after I got off, later that evening and they jumped the price $50 after telling what it was earlier. It was another young lady there, in the same situation I was. They told her one price, but it was totally different once she got there. They charged her an additional $50 as well. This isn't the late fee which is only $20. They are rigging people and taking advantage of people, after giving them a total. I believe they are pocketing the money. They are crooks!!! I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, and if I could I would give them a 0 star rating. Save yourself some time and money people, choose another towing company. This one is terrible.
