Towed my trucc from a visitor parkin spot at some apartments my trucc was backed into the parking space and whatever driver from lc towin dat towed my trucc for no reason hooked on to it and drug it forward out of the spot causin my transmission to fail which now I have to have replaced GREAT JOB LC TOWIN FOR NOT KNOWIN HOW TO DO YOUR JOB RIGHT within messin up people's vehicles

League City towing will be lucky if I do not file sexual harassment charges on them for their driver Bobby over the weekend I was out of town on business and my wife had some car trouble I needed a tow truck so I told her to call AAA for their driver that they had come and pick up my wife who of course I think is drop Dead gorgeous hit on my wife over and over and over again even after she made him very aware that she was married he proceeded to say happily ;-) when they get to the mechanic shop to drop off the car he asked her if she needed a ride home she told him no he proceeded to call her the next day to check on her and the car what is it any of his business his job is to get the car from point a to point b and that is it he also texted my wife's cell phone at an unforeseen hour now AAA or League City towing whoever he is getting paid by does not pay them to call the next day and the day after that and he's pretty lucky that I was out of town because if he would have pulled this while I was home it wouldn't have ended well and at this point I'm not sure if it's going to end well if League City towing does not do something about their employee and his inappropriate tantix with female passengers I will do something about it and I will make sure something is done about it

Great towing service. Locked up the front end and broke and they were able to take me all the way back home up by Livingston. Bad with names so I forgot who I rode in the truck with but he was very pleasant and a fun guy to ride along and shoot the breeze with. Tow was even cheaper than the roadside through my insurance!

Driver fell asleep while towing my vehicle in Nov 2023. The video was sent to AAA. As well as service call this day, was for battery replacement, and upon contacting the company they were to have the battery when they came. Tech came with NO BATTERY and actually made my vehicle worst!

Very pleased with the service I received. Fast arrival for pickup, towing cost was only $20 more than my insurance would charge, effective communication when I called for service, car was loaded quickly, cars arrival to its destination was confirmed and driver, Rob made me feel comfortable with the process. TY. League City Towing will be recommended!

Across all the spots in front and a handicap spot and no he wasn't hooking up to anyone's car...went in and bought stuff...bucees in league city this is not cool and very disrespectful to the Handicapped

On Dec. 30th, we came back from a cruise. Our Tesla had been in a garage for 9 days. We were able to drive it to the nearest Tesla Supercharger, but then got warnings after charging that we didn't have enough voltage to start the car (I know, it's ironic). We called AAA who paged out League City Towing. The tow driver showed up earlier than they promised and had enough room in his vehicle for my family of four. He didn't pretend to know everything about Tesla vehicles (a winning move), hooked up the car and towed us to the Tesla Service center. The signs on the Tesla Service center showed that they were actually closed for Service. On my behalf the tow driver walked right into the employees section of the Service center and insisted someone help me. Not sure what I would have done, but this was sooooo helpful. (Telsa Service deserves much credit also.) This driver was helpful, humble and patient. From previous experiences with tow drivers, I wasn't expecting much, but this driver was awesome. We were in a really bad spot, 3.5 hours from home with a broken vehicle, and he was the first step in a surprisingly good resolution. Thanks so much to this tow driver (wish I had his name, but I don't).

Every experience I’ve had with them has been absolutely horrible! They towed my car from my own home before and charged outrageous fees even though they were in the wrong. Tried to give us a discount instead of just releasing our vehicle. Then I have an incident and order triple A, they dispatch league city towing to come out, the guy comes but then leaves because of having no key to enter the vehicle even when I told him I was coming back with the key. As if they don’t have tools to unlock the door or can’t tow without keys like they did when they took my vehicle off my property before. It just would have been more work which is something they don’t like to do unless it’s convenient or profitable for them. Thankful that after reporting them they assigned silverback towing to come help.
