I appreciate the staff knows their inventory and placement. I enjoy the friendly greetings and how they value the customer. That attention is sorely lacking in too many stores nowadays. MGR Edie knows how to perfectly cut a key! Other places I've tried and had to keep returning because the keys wouldn't work. This is my go-to for hardware needs.

I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Zach at Ace, and I must say, his customer service was exceptional. Zach was incredibly knowledgeable about the products, patient in answering all my questions, and went above and beyond to ensure I found exactly what bolt I needed.

I was looking all over for a quick connect adapter for my dishwasher, couldn't find it anywhere. Went to different places and no luck. Ended up giving this ACE HARDWARE A TRY AND GOD WAS I BLESSED WITH JOE. HE HELPED ME FIND EXACTLY WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR AND NOT ONLY HE FOUND IT BUT HE SAVED ME TROUBLE FOR GOING ANYWHERE ELSE TO FIND IT. THANKS TO JOE AND THE STAFF HERE I WAS ABLE TO GO HOME AND HOOK UP MY MACHINE. GIVE JOE A RAISE PLEASE HE DESERVES IT.

Everybody that works there are truly beautiful employees greet you at the door eager to get what you need they know exactly where the product is or they will order for you.. the mgrs Edie and owner Kman are crazy cute and can make your big problem seem so little once you tell them what's wrong.. and make you family before you leave the store;also all the cashiers are adorabley cute and when they ask do you wanna round it off and donate say yes...

I love going here! The staff are always friendly and helpful if I can't find something. I usually go in for random things we need, but we love going here for spices and sauces and accessories for our blackstone and Traeger!
