Honestly the best kroger I've been to. The organization was astounding and I loved that it had clothing. I love that the atmosphere is cute and not warehouse like. Overall it's definitely a 5/5.

Kroger league city store manager has the nerve to make a verbal threat of someone's job over a vacation that was refused weeks prior and then told associate if they try and not show up they will not have a job. WOW

It's a nice Kroger in the community! Now they are promoting valentines flowers and gifts beautifully! I got two bottles of Martínella for $7! Bit pricy but I guess it's a special one for these days! :)Come and get the products of your need!Cheers

I’m writing this review from a experience I had about a month ago I had with a person that works in the pharmacy named Germany very nice guy he went above and beyond and didn’t make me make 2 trips to the pharmacy to some people that’s not a big deal but when your sick and live 30 minutes away it means the world

Absolutely the worst customer service of all of the local grocery stores. I shopped here consistently for years and finally got fed up with the 'I'm doing you a favor by assisting you' attitude. Customers are simply not valued in this store. The straw that finally broke the camel's back was shopping at 9PM three Sunday nights ago, taking my full basket to checkout only to be told flatly, "self-serve only." When I walked to the self-serve area, five employees were having a nice group chat, not doing anything. When I asked if one could kindly check me out at full service I was sharply told - "No, it is closed" (and all were defiantly smirking at me). No empathy, no explanation why, no apology - just "No - it is closed". I asked to speak with the manager and was told from by the same person that he was the one in charge. Wow. So, the person 'in charge' finds it more important to hang out, chatting with workers than helping the paying customer and rudely showing off instead of helping, Left the basket and walked out. Unbelievable! Terrible, flat-out lazy, worthless, unmanaged, non-caring employees with no pride or concern in what they do. Pathetic. I spent over $1K a month in that store - never going back and talked with many neighbors that feel and are doing the same. Driving the few extra miles to HEB is absolutely worth it.

Love this store til it’s time to check out with only two registers open ? I usually have coupons and I don’t always want to self check out because you have to have the person working there come approve each one …I know that is time consuming for them when they have all the registers to watch

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE from the Flower Department! VERY DISORGANIZED! MY WEDDING FLOWERS WERE CANCELLED 2 WEEKS BEFORE MY WEDDING! I ordered flowers for my wedding. The manager for the floral dept. wrote down the details of the order and did not give me a copy because she said the copier did not work. I asked her to email it and 3 weeks later, she still had not emailed it. When I went to the store to pay the deposit several weeks later, they still did not have a copy of the order. When I complained to Lori, one of the employees in floral, she said she had no idea where the order was and that I had to come on a different day to pick up the copy. She told the manager Morgan that I had said that she was unprofessional and MORGAN CALLED ME BACK TO CANCEL MY ORDER! I got my money back and spoke with Debra, one of the Store Managers at Kroger's, and she did nothing except give me a refund. This Store Manager has terrible customer service skills and does the bare minimum to take care of customers. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME ORDERING FLOWERS AT THIS KROGER'S! ESPECIALLY WEDDING FLOWERS! It is hard to get in touch with the Floral Manager because her schedule changes constantly. IT IS NOT WORTH THE STRESS!!!

Was waiting at Curbside for 1 hour and 20 minutes, and the manager (Megan) scolded me like a child, and said helping her load my groceries into my car would be the "more appropriate thing to do". She then threw a temper tantrum and aggressively loaded the groceries up with little regard to them staying intact; yanked on my car door handle as hard as she could because she was upset I didn't unlock my car beforehand. My girlfriend and I were on the phone with each other while she yelled at me, and were both baffled. When I asked for that manager's name (because she didn't have a name tag on), she threatened to report me to Shipt.

Store is OK, typical grocery store, BUT the pharmacy sucks!! Doctor called in a prescription after surgery and when I went to pick it up 5 hours later, IT WAS "NOT READY"!?! Y'all really need to up your game here.

One place for my short term rx. Nothing to complain. Remember to check or ask associates to check goodrx.com for better deal. Complained to a male pharmacist about one month supply and he checked goodrx and made a note on my account and make it 90 day supply.
