Excellent service. Pharmacist Omar did a great job and was very helpful. Super friendly and customers passing by all said Hello Omar. Must be friendly with all the community.

Don't go to this Kroger pharmacy. The pharmacist is an absolute weirdo. He refused to fill my prescription because it was a couple days early. Didn't care that I was leaving town for a funeral, didn't care that my doctor gave the OK didn't care that my insurance gave me a waiver to get the medicine early, he still refused to fill my prescription. I would give zero stars if I could. Completely unethical to overrule my doctor and decide whether or not I get my medication.. I hope he gets fired soon Also couldn't help but notice there are only 5 star and 1 star reviews for this place. You can be assured that the good reviews are from family and friends if the pharmacy employees.

Not only do they not answer the phone but when or if they do, they'll hang up on you without saying a word over and over. Disgraceful.

I hate going to this place. It's just right down the street within walking distance but I will go to H-E-B. It's gross everytime I've had incidents.I had and I express HAD to go.

I went in to get my 2nd booster on Aug 12. The pharmacist in store turned me away, even after showing him the CDC guidelines that said I was able to. I went to CVS Pharmacy the next day and had zero issue getting the requested vaccine.

The young lady with the tattoo on her neck has no customer service about her at all. Been there several times and had her "help" me, she has been rude with no personality at all. Needs a class in customer service.

I’ve used the Kroger pharmacy at this location for about 30 years. They know the customers, and are great about letting you know of any drug interaction between a new prescription and the ones you already take. They are proactive about vaccinations, and make it easy to get them. They get five stars from me!

This place is an absolute nightmare. Every single time I come they don't accept my coupons. Coupons that are on their website. Today I actually walked out and just left my full cart at the cash register because I'm so sick of it. I showed the cashier my app that says I have the coupons clipped and he still wouldn't give me the coupon price. I'm so sick of this store I will never be back.

Horrible customer service! The assistant manger is very rude and disrespectful when trying to get my medicine! I don’t recommend this pharmacy to anyone! All I needed was some help and he was so rude it just wasn’t necessary to be that rude.

This place is worse every time I visit. I used to enjoy going here- the people and management were great. Now, just the opposite. Long lines (at 10 am on a Friday), lack of products, not very good produce, and people that don't want to be bothered to do their job. I'm not even sure that there is any management that's left there. I'm giving this store up for one less-conveniently located.
