After being a long term client, I have been extremely frustrated with Allstate in the last couple of years. Your company has seemed to lose professionalism in service, documentation, and communication. The client should not be the one to spend precious time correcting mistakes made by the company due to a lack of paying attention to detail. Furthermore, I was recently involved in a claim where the person at fault also had Allstate insurance. One would think since both parties had Allstate coverage, the process would be made as easy as possible given the unfortunate circumstances. Instead, the experience was very frustrating. Allstate can and needs to do better!

Always helpful and quick. I usually have more than the average joes quote requests due to changing vehicles and adding more. They always stay on top of it and answer my questions within timely manner.

Very professional, best rates in town. Always trying to get you the best prices with any discounts you might qualify for. No other companies ive been with has ever tried to give me discounts. I wont ever change to another insurance as long Kimberly Trammel is around.
