“My son had an account with Wells Fargo and he lost it to an overdraft error that was entirely his fault back when he had just turned 18. Ten years later, he asked them for help opening an account. the indoor people were kind to him and helped him through the process of opening a new account. They probably could have done more by offering discounts or reduced the amount of his overdraft fees....they made him pay all the fees even though he had paid many already. But they were working with him and everything went smoothly. This is a review of the bank building itself and not wells fargo as a whole.”
