Absolutely love the convenience and the awesome car wash from JJs! The employees are always helpful and the car wash is always clean and accessible. The free mat clean and vacuums are also great! I will continue to do business when my vehicle needs a cleaning!

Kendrick (Manager) has always gone above and beyond. Today, he saw that my truck was very dirty with lots of dead bugs (from a drive to Louisiana and back), and he extra-sprayed the front of the truck down, then used high pressure spray to pre-clean the bugs off before the truck entered the machine.
I really appreciate his friendly and courteous customer service, and his discretionary effort and thoroughness is customer satisfaction. I’d rate him as the the #1 employee. Having said that, everyone I’ve encountered at JJ’s is super friendly and helpful!

I had to call prior to visiting because I have an older 70 Series Land Cruiser from Japan, and it has a third exterior mirror. The gentleman I spoke with was in redibky helpful, and it was nice knowing that he was a genuine car enthusiast.
I visited last week and was pleasantly greeted and informed about a special programming they use for trucks like Jeeps. I feel bad about forgetting his name, but it started with an A and he had a goatee. He was incredibly nice, and id visit just to shoot the breeze with him, he really knows his trucks, his eyes lit up when he saw us.
I have used many car washes similar to this, however, this is the first one which has actually gotten the hood area near my windshield clean. The attendants used special brushes to pre clean my vehicle and the mechanical brushes were tuned so that they perfectly made contact with my vehicle. It was absolutely spotless when we left, even without manually drying it.
I will continue to make the drive to JJ's specifically for all of my vehicles. Thank you guys and gals for treating us so well.
My only feedback: If this location offered a full service which included the interior, that would send it over the top. It is difficult to find this service in League City, and I believe they would be filling a competitive niche.

It seems a bit more expensive than a car wash should be. If your car is really dirty, it may miss some spots. This is best if you get thier unlimited washes plan and go once a week or so.

First timer as just recently moved to the area from out of state. JJ’s made it eazy peazy. Busy busy but hardly any wait at all. Pleasant person at entrance to help. Employees spoke or waved to you. Very effective wash & dry. Vacuum bays clean & equipment worked great. WipingTowels readily replace as used. Overall a ????? Plus experience. Keep it up, JJ’s!!
