i’ve had bad experiences almost every time i’ve gone in the last year. they put charms on in the wrong spot and then ask for you to pay, even though they are the ones that did it incorrectly (yes i confirmed placement when i dropped it off). I spoke to jocelyn on the phone and she was very rude to me, consistently interrupting and was very irritated that i was calling to ask a question about pick up. when i went to pick up my bracelet again today, they only put on 1 of the 2 charms. it’s more worth it to drive the 30 minutes to a location that i know will have good, quality customer service.

I have completely avoided the James Avery in Webster you can read my review I left for that store on their review listing. This James Avery is closer to my house, the employees there are always helpful, apologize if there is a wait, and most importantly helped me with a Christmas gift after ordering online before the engraving deadline an error occurred and I was not notified. At the beginning of this week I was wondering why I had not gotten a shipping email, so I went to check my order and nothing was found. I called James Avery customer service and was told the order had an error with Apple Pay. I understand why I wasn’t allowed to know anything about the banking information, but James Avery could’ve sent an email stating my order had an error. Instead I am left with no gift to give my husband on our first Christmas together. I called this James Avery location in need of getting the gift I wanted to get my husband and they had two in stock, unfortunately this is way past the engraving timeline to have delivered for Christmas. The ladies at the store held the item I wanted until my pickup order processed through Kerrville and time to pickup. Thank you for all the help, I greatly appreciate it!

Asked if there was a charge for correcting a charm placement,My daughter had down on her bracelet ,that wasn’t on right side . If a charge I don’t want it , she went to the room took off charm and said there would be a five dollar charge . a line to the door behind me I didn’t want it but TOO LATE she said she took it off … Why did I go back ,after asking the other person a while back could they be careful and not polish my vintage car on my bracelet she told be We will wash it in warm water with Dawn soap !!!!!!!!! This place is horrible

After an "incident" this morning, the staff at this store were very kind and understanding. What was a very stressful time for my 15 year old daughter, the staff turned it into a positive experience and we couldn't be more grateful!

I love love having a James Avery in our local HEB. So convenient and the staff is so helpful. Paula was so patient and helpful till I found the perfect piece for my daughter. Looking forward to going back for my next James Avery piece!

Yesterday my daughter purchased two charms and got a free bracelet. They said it will be ready the next day at 3 pm. I went there today waited 30 minutes to get it done. The lady handed the bracelet to me inside a ziplock bag. While every costumer there was offered a bag, the right packaging. It felt wrong. It was my first time there so I’m wasn’t sure about it. So I left and called them to confirm it, They said the promo comes with box and paper bag! wow! Been to a lot of jewelry shops and this is the first time that the jewelry in a ziplock bag! Yes they used ziplock bag to prevent jewelry from tarnish, Inside a box or a dust bag! Never gonna come back there! Poor costumer service!
