They charge way too much for the lack of experience & and non-professional stylists. After spending $220.00 came out with nothing like I requested after being told the stylist could do it.

I was a walk-in and although I had to come back in a little over an hour, Toni Matthey was able to squeeze me into her schedule. She did a great job on my haircut and I have already made my next appointment! She was very nice and the salon is so clean!

Jana and the ladies at J Capelli are amazing. I have been going to Jana for about 6 months now after moving. I was very scared to change and had been making the trip into H-town to my salon but decided to give Jana a try. Boy I am happy I did. She is up to date on all the new styles, truly cares about her clients and is just one amazing lady. You can't go wrong with Jana and the ladies at J Capelli.

Sydni did such an amazing job! I admittedly had a complicated hairstyle in mind, and she made my hair look even better than my reference photo! 10/10 would absolutely go again.

I have been seeing Makayla for 3+ years. I have crazy curly thick hair. Makayla always listens to whatever craziness might be going on with my hair at the moment and will recommend products or treatments to keep my hair looking beautiful. All the ladies at the salon are professional and personable. The new salon is gorgeous and super convenient.

Completely in love with my hair again! Went to Makayla with a mess that I have been growing out for a year with old color and she literally worked a miracle! My color is the most beautiful color I have ever seen & their shampoo and conditioner is glorious.

Makayla @ J Capelli is hands down the best hairstylist I have ever been to! Everytime I go in she is super friendly and knowledgeable, she always makes me feel so pretty everytime I get my hair done and does exactly what i want! I will forever recommend her!

They don't listen to what you want and they don't remember what processes or colors they use from one appointment to the next. A huge disappointment and waste of money.
I said "you don't remember what you did last time do you" about 3 times as well as "you're doing a touch up - right?" more than 3 times. The gray blending I had done (and was very happy with) was spring of 2023. The gray blending brought out the fact that there was a LOT of gray and what I told you I wanted the FIRST time YOU did my hair was low lights - something to take little harshness out of the complete gray, maybe a little salt and pepper look. You didn't listen and went with a completely different plan. But it didn't look that bad and it was right before the holidays so I went back for a touch up before the holidays and you completely changed the color and plan from OUR first session and left an even more obvious line and went further from my natural color!!! Among the 1st of my sentences also included (more than once) that I didn't want you to do anything if I was going to walk out of there looking like I needed to walk right back in and get a touch up....that's exactly what I ended up with - a line about 1/4 of an inch above my scalp - WHEN I WALKED OUT THE DOOR.
I just want to warn people that YOU do what YOU want. You didn't listen to what I wanted either time you did my hair and now I'm back looking for someone like Anna who did a great job last spring but doesn't work there anymore (???) and spending even more money to fix what you messed up.
Also, I never gave permission for you to put my picture on your Facebook page. But, seriously - if you're not going to post the terrible job you did you need to remove my pictures of what a great job Anna (the lady who doesn't work there anymore) did!

Toni is amazing! The shampoo and neck massage was extremely relaxing. She has magic hands that relieved my migraine! Her attention to detail is impeccable. She did a color consultation as I am thinking about a color change. She is a miracle worker!
