This was my first experience filing taxes, and Maria made the process comfortable and informative. Her extensive knowledge about taxes, along with the friendly office staff, created a welcoming environment. The efficient service ensured that I was in and out in no more than an hour. I repaired their AC a year ago and still have yet to be paid. H&R has a good reputation but who ever runs this location can’t be trusted.we’ve tried many time to collect on this invoice only to get the run around.

I used a personal CPA in the past for taxes and was always hesitate to use a commercial service but this year my CPA retired so I gave H&R Block on South Shore Blvd a try. Both Kim at the front desk and Maria (CPA) were wonderful to work with. Both are very professional, extremely personable, and very attentive to my needs. Kim ensured I was quickly taken care of and Maria provided very good guidance and advise for this year and recommendations for the following years, even for my personal businesses. I will be using Kim and Maria for all my future tax needs.

It was very fast and easy, and I felt like the agent filing for me took the time to actually hear what I have to say. I speak very fast, and he broke down everything I was telling him, took the information and made sure it was accurate.

This location has poor customer service. Kim has not been any help . I have left prior messages before the holidays for assistance in regards to a tax refund. She did not make an initiative to try and look up my account and see if she can assist me at all. She would cut me off short every time I called and had a negative attitude. I advise she wasn't trying anything on her end to help me so she got defensive and clicked on me. Not only is she unprofessional , but this location can definetly loose business with this kind of customer service.
