Bich Tran is a phenomenal tax expert at this H&R Block location. I dread the day she retires as I have been using her for at least 15 years. She makes filing every year a painless experience and she never steers me in the wrong direction. I highly recommend her.

Julie was great but they need an option to see if you qualify for the refund advance before they file fully. It denied my advance and I would rather have had somewhere else file that I could approved through. Kind of a crummy way to force people to use your service.
