For over a month now the friver side wheel brush doesnt work. So as I came from a hunting trip my passenger wheels are clean but the driver side are not.

The car wash itself does a decent job, but it costs just as much as the staffed car washes nearby where they towel dry your car for you and add tire shine.

H‑E‑B car wash is a desperate man's car wash. Yes, it blows water at your car. But no, it does not get your car terribly clean, even with the top option $13.99 (was supposed to have "spot free clean, wax, wheel cleaning, as well as the standard wash). See in photos, the top of my car looked like it hadn't been washed at all (not super heavy dirt, just water spots from the recent rain when my car was outside).If there are more than 2 cars in line, don't bother. I've waited in line for an hour for "just a few cars" - this applies to any of the H‑E‑B car washes.I appreciate that it's an option, but I would really not recommend unless you just want some water blown over your car. BEWARE

Curbside pickup has routinely been a bad experience. I buy a lot of produce, and nearly every time I pick up an order, it contains rotten produce. This particular time I got a bag of rotten broccoli and two rotten onions. How are the shoppers paying so little attention that they miss that? They should be checking produce as if they were the one who was going to consume it. On top of that I ordered 3 ripe avocados and got hard green unripe ones that I won’t be able to use for the smoothies I was making tonight. What’s the point of paying for curbside if I have to waste my time, gas, and money to replace the rotten or unripe items? If you don’t have any unspoiled items of the produce that I’m ordering, just remove it from my order so that I’m at least not being charged for it.

If you live in San Leon do not use delivery. Favor is horrible and H‑E‑B does not hold them accountable. Order your groceries five hours early and only to have them ride around with some idiot lost and then H‑E‑B wants to give you the same refrigerated items. Use Kroger, H‑E‑B has ZERO ownership for the actions of their contractors.

This HEB Car wash is pretty good and the price is alright for this place. I will agree that the line is really long but I love this place and management has done a great job so far.

I decided that I was going to give my Cadillac escalade a car wash while I was in town coming from Galveston. I use this carwash quite often when I am at this H-E-B and it does a ok job just for a quick wash for a decent price. Today was a bit different sadly. When I was waiting in line and went into the car wash things were seeming to run smoothly. Soon I started to notice that when it was trying to wash the soap off of my car it was barley getting any. After the car wash got over I pulled to the side to see what happened to my car. Barley any soap was washed of and I ended up having to go to another car wash as quick as possible to get the soap off. This has never happened to me at any car wash let alone this one. I'm not sure if it was because I was in a bigger SUV than what I was normally in but I am very unpleased with what happened.

Not so effective Will not recommend this if you want your car to look great. Watch out for any scratches on the car after the wash
