Breanna the manager is incredibly kind and helpful and very attentive to the communities issues! Maintenance staff very friendly and efficient with speedy response! I appreciate the staff especially Breanna, AJ & Adrien always solves issues with great customer care and communication. Great community to live in.

Really bad customer service. You have to request several times if you have any issue in the apartment, which can take more than a week to get things fixed. Must of the time there is no water in the sink in the morning. The pool is closed must of the time. I don’t really recommend waste your money there.

I sent in a maintenance request regarding my AC during this August heat because it was inefficient in cooling. They said the air filter was dirty and just replaced it. My AC unit runs 24/7 just to maintain 76° in a 1 bedroom apartment.

I asked for a heads up prior to going to look at issue, heard nothing. I have no idea when the work was performed as there was no indication or notification it was complete and I also have not received any details on the work performed. Yall are very adamant and vocal about getting a lease signed ( that can’t be done digitally like any other complex) but you can’t communicate to your tenants when a service issue is complete. Very poor customer service.

I lived here from July 2023 through June 2024. With exception of the condition of much of the parking lot surface and some of the covered parking areas, the exterior of the buildings and grounds were fairly well maintained and appealing. The interior of at least some of the apartments, including mine, were very outdated and in need of remodeling. Overall, living here was an okay experience.
