This is the only store I could find a certain type of pork product but as luck would have it, they had been out of stock for a couple of days. I spoke to the meat manager, Young, and he advised he would order the item and have it on Friday. I went to the store on Friday and was pleased to find the item in the meat case. Wanted to pass along my favorable comments to Young for doing a great job. Too many times people only hear the negative and never the positive. Great job and continue the stellar work. HEB is the best.

Shout out to Kyler for making the beet surprise double birthday and anniversary cake happen!! He made sure everything I wanted could happen and it didn’t disappoint. So thorough and so reasonable for a custom cake! Thank you HEB and especially everyone involved in the creation of the cake! It was delicious and everyone was happy!

They refused to sell me alcohol only because they didn’t think my ID was real no good explanation or anything, only saying they have the right to refuse service, very sad with this bad experience since I just moved to the neighborhood and was looking forward to shopping here, sadly won’t be coming back, Gabriel “the manager” or whatever he is was so unprofessional not even letting me talk while just saying that he has the right to refuse service. I get that I’m 24 and look younger but that was extremely unprofessional and was mad they didn’t even try to even check my ID the right way and only assuming things.

HEB always have everything. It's my go-to. If they don't have it, then it's Kroger and lastly Walmart. But that's a rare occasion.
