This Pharmacy rule is if we are out of a medication, just ignore the order. 2-14 my Wife's Surgeon called in 4 meds,yesterday 2-28 we went to pick up after surgery, they said they never received. Called Dr, while on the phone they called in again and was told give it an hour. Showed up to get and the lady says we never received it, bull! Listened to the Dr call it in. "Well we don't have that anyway, maybe that's why we didn't keep the order" My Wife was in such pain because of the obvious idiot running this location. Walgreens is where we went

This pharmacy used to be great but has gone down hill lately. You have to call and ask them to actually fill the prescription the doctor sent over if you want it before 7 days out. And even then, they're probably going to tell you it'll be ready in 20 minutes after you've waited in line for an hour (not exaggerating.) The phone has been giving a busy signal lately for hours.We're gunna switch soon. This is getting to be the new normal and that's not ok.

Very incompetent. After calling multiple time's and was told my meds would be ready . Only to join a long line and was told it's not. Needs to be more efficient in the distribution of prescription and factual in regards to questions being asked . You cannot gives introductions to pick up medication and when you drive there it's not ready. Time wasted cannot be regain I donate have time for games.

i kid you not this HEB Pharmacy is the WORST EVER. i always have the WORST experience trying to refill and/or pickup RX. can’t get through to anybody on the phone, medication constantly out of stock, pharmacy techs suck lol

I had the worst cashier today, I wanted to buy a pack of cigarettes, but "Owen" the bad cashier told me that can't buy a pack.. I even showed him my I.D. I am 30 years old! So I had to go to customer service! What a prick!! MAKES ME NEVER WANT TO SHOP AT H.E.B AGAIN!

I've shopped at this location for a long time and am disgusted with the ground beef i purchased there yesterday. Spent over 19.00 for roughly 4 lbs of 93% lean ground that had fresh red put around the outside of really dark meat on the inside. What a disgusting practice of deceiving the public into buying that garbage!

The deli area I spent nearly 45 minutes waiting for my 3 deli items to be processed. Meanwhile there are a total of 5 people hiding behind the corner there were two people tasking and one helping me who was new. The process of handling all customers was not effective or the tasks were made the priority not the customer. Don't go and expect to get out quickly.

Service was great. The pharmacy techs were really nice. This was actually my first time getting a prescription filled and it was awesome. I definitely will return more often for prescriptions Miss Bailey was super sweet and got me the stuff pretty quickly. Overall very impressed

So disappointed in trying to reach someone at this location. Waited on hold nearly 20 minutes and received zero assistance. I tried calling back and asking to speak with a manager. I left something at the store and attempted asking for details. No manager to speak with, the departments gone for the day...just disappointed that I didn't receive the same energy/spectacular customer service via telephone that I usually get there in person.

Ordered a cake for my daughter’s birthday. When I went to pick up the cake they had spelled her name wrong. Mind you it was spelled correct on the order form. The fix was a gold ribbon over the name with the correct spelling. Unfortunately that turned out horrible. When talking to the staff in the bakery I asked why I was being charged full price for a cake they messed up which now looks like crap with the fix. Niles at the bay colony bakery location stated and I quote “it was an honest mistake and it’s just a cake”. Another member of the bakery staff ripped the ticket out of my hand and changed the price. I have never had issues with this location but wow the bakery staff needs to work on their customer service skills!!!!

Super rude employees!!! They have no manners. I went in today had less that 15 items and a cashiers (Callie) said oh!! I only take 15 items, I said I have less than 15 but I'll still move, so she replied I can't see around children. I had my child inside the shopping cart. So Callie!! don't asume I have more that 15 items if you don't know. If your lane is open just help a customer out even if they do have more that 15 items, be a team player.
