totally awful I asked for a removal and she proceeded to tell me I have to pay 15 dollars because it would of tpoked her 15 minutes just to remove my set and I told her I've never had to pay 15 before it's usually 10 or 5 and as I told her this she proceeded to tell me I could go somewhere else and didn't want to take me at all mind you she never haa anybody there and hung up on me twice when I wanted to call and check the prices in the first place so I wouldnt of wasted my time and at first I was like okay she's just busy no I walk in she's lounging in the massage chair on her phone nobody in the store no extra workers. I'd say if you want good quality service and a good nail set then definitely bump this place totally not worth Wasnt your money or your time

The nail technician has exceptional skills. I have been going there for a few years , she keeps my nails in very good condition! Before her , my nails were thin because of the process to do shellac . I still get shellac , but my nails actually are in better condition now . I would recommend this salon to anyone !!! Great place !!!

Not to be confused with the Huge D Nails & Spa, which is Barbi's fave. This is a nice nail salon which Barbi thinks is pretty good and I think it's pretty good too, as I love taking her to get her nails done and she likes coming here. It's definitely one that she would come back to in the future. We have nothing but good thoughts about it.

If I can give the rating a zero I would. I walked in with my 6 yr old son. Only lady working there said immediately "no men services" I calmly replied he is not here for a service. I'm here for a quick brow wax. She then replied " no available service for that, appointment only, no time for that, you can leave, appointment only". I've been in the service industry for 25 years, never have i treated a person or potential customer this rude. Most definitely Do Not recommend this business!!!

Walked in as no signs on the door that says no walk ins. Not even said hello to just said you need an appointment. Didn’t even ask if I would like to schedule one. Just not a nice tone

This is the only nail shop I will go to. Tiffany is the Best in Houston for nails . It's out of my way but worth the drive . They always do an amazing job on my feet and nails! The older lady does an amazing pedicure.

I went into this shop, and asked for a manicure. When I walked in, the owner didn't greet me, she just yelled with an attitude "Pick a color". I then showed her my nails and proceeded to ask her how much was a manicure...I had already looked at the brochure which showed $10, but I wanted to be sure there were no sudden changes...

The nails are good but DO NOT let her do any cosmetic procedures!!! I tried permanent eyeliner and she burned the cornea in both eyes! I had to wear a special contact on one eye bc it was 60% burned off. It was the WORST PAIN!! I had to keep my eyes closed 3 days! She did nothing when I told her and she did a poor job too.
