Not one time have I come here and been able to trust that the job was done right. Every single time takes twice as long as necessary because I have to point out everywhere they cut corners and wait again. I do not have unrealistic expectations, but I do expect to receive the quality level that I paid for.

If you like to pay $70 to wait in their 80° lobby for there to be water spots, smudges, the plastic in your car to be sticky and greasy, have it still covered in dog hair and have them tell you their vacuums aren’t good enough then this is the place for you. Literally showed the manager what a poor job they did and he said the vacuum won’t get that when my handheld shark will and does on a regular basis. Save your money and go somewhere else. Refused to give a refund and walked away when I was still talking to him. Then they made me wait even longer for them to actually do the job. The photos are from after I went back and complained. It was much worse.
Update: I called to get a refund and the manager was so rude. He at one point said he would give me a refund if I took down my review until I told him I won’t be blackmailed. Absolutely the worst service. They did eventually refund me. Forever thank you to the person working the counter today. She was very helpful and kind.

Not even a 1 star for me. We got the membership over a year ago and continuously have problems logging in, or they can't find my plate number in their system. Also the vacuums never work. This place is not recommended.

Vacuuming lousy, on all surfaces! Matts, under matts, seats, front and back under windshields!
Back of seats not wiped down!
Tree sap still ALL over my car!
Absolutely shameful!
Were my windows even washed?!!!
I will NEVER!!!!!! give this place my money again!

Visiting from out of town. Decided to try this carwash out since it was on the way to my destination. The process was fast and easy. However, the building and the entire place looked out of date. Smells like sewage when you drive through. Vacuums didn’t work.

I want someone to contact me. I am not happy with the service received. Front parts of my truck were missed and there were spots on the interior missed as well. I will keep calling.
