I bought a pair of tennis shoes that clearly had an issue where the material was shedding and were marked at $20. Erika, the cashier saw the issue and took the initiative to have the shoes marked down to $4.99. I really appreciate when an employee looks out for me, the customer.

It’s hotter than an oven inside and majority of the employees there aren’t polite. An employee with brown extensions didn’t even think of saying excuse me, she just barreled around me. The lady at the cash register was very passive aggressive. Even people behind me were complaining about the disgusting attitudes the employees have here. Whether you hate your job or not, it doesn’t give you the right to be rude to others. It takes very little to be a kind person.

No organization other than their "boutique" section. Literally, no sizes are separated and women's are mixed in with men's so you have to go through every single piece of clothing. One of the worst organized stores I've been to. And their color tag was purple and I did not see a single purple tag in all the the aisles of clothing I went through, pretty sure they don't even have purple tags. Do better

Pretty meh. Didn't see anything that made me want to get in line and buy anything. Selection was pretty mediocre even though were was some designer/ name brand stuff. I didn't understand their pricing on some things. It said that certain things had a certain color dot/ price tag but several articles of clothing didn't have any... just had regular or no tags. Let's be honest, nobody wants to pay original retail on something you can get elsewhere and less... used. And id they have a theft issue, may wanna tackle that. It was clean and staff seemed friendly. Honesty I was only brought here to kill time for my surprise party.

I always look around and find great deals! The staff always friendly and helpful. I'm happy the changing rooms are open again to try clothing before you purchase.

Corporate Greed has taken over Goodwill. It’s now a good portion of new items that are just junk that dollar tree won’t carry. Their prices are astronomical. And they don’t put any of the good stuff out, opting to sell online or wherever.

The renovation that where done and layout of everything is very good. This store us clean and it's easier to look through things. The employees are very nice and good to talk to.

This goodwill isn't what it used to be. They remodeled and the prices went way way up. A kids basketball goal for 29.99 used. I found the same goal at Walmart for 25.99 Bran New. The t-shirts are 5.99. Save yourself the trip to goodwill and just stop at JC Penney or Walmart and save money by buying your items new for cheaper than goodwill. Goodwill has lost their Damm minds prices higher than the items cost bran New. Im done with this location. No thank you to the rip off prices.
