All I can say is WOW and not in a good way! There were 2 cashiers and 1 person ahead of me. I had to wait until the cashier got done sweeping the floor before she would help me. Calani was her name. I bought 1 item and she asked if I wanted to round up my total and I politely declined. She had an attitude after that and after she put my 1 item in the bag, she walked off! I had to grab the receipt off the printer and she didn't even say thank you or goodbye. How rude!!

This Goodwill is in a decent area but the front is always piled with donations. When you go inside it looks almost empty but yet the front and back room are exploding with stuff. There’s never any furniture or decent household items. Where are all the employees? How can they not ever get the stuff out onto the floor? I’ve gone there for the last time.

So i give it a 2 star because it is hotter than the blazes in there. There is NO organization at all in the clothes. When i was trying to go down the aisle an big employee was just blocking the way and gave me the RUDEST attitude ever as she shoved by me. So uncalled for! I think I'll stop shopping there. Seriously Goodwill....you really approve of these conditions? Outrageous...maybe people need to stop donating to you when they are treated so badly.

The female Person managing in the back behind closed doors in the sorting department this evening was extremely rude and her face said it all … she showed me as plain as day how she scorned me asking her to look for a part of a merchandise I bought a day or so ago that I just realized today that all the parts for it did not come home with me after I tried to use the product.
-SHE MADE ZERO ATTEMPT TO FIND THE parts after I showed her a photo of what the parts looked like?! Her total prejudice and rejection of my request for her to keep an eye out for the key missing parts and her disgust was not hidden neither was her demeaning and callous responses she voiced towards me.
-She made it quite clear that she would not even attempt to look back there or even keep an eye open that she may bump into it or see it somewhere!
-Why did she treat me with such superiority complex is beyond my understanding except that I am not “white” as she appeared to be white or be passed off as being white!
- I have been shopping at this location for years now and never have I been so insulted by another worker as I have from her scuffing and her insistence in not even keeping a lookout for me?!
-The product I bought is almost worthless without those necessary missing parts.
-upper management needs to demote this superiority complex monster imbecile who attempts to imparta others as inferior. This monster needs to be put in her place and be taught a lesson in humility!!!
-I should be compensated for the ill treatment by this uncultured idiot. Plus she should be demoted immediately and someone with better customer manners should take her place.

I bought a pair of tennis shoes that clearly had an issue where the material was shedding and were marked at $20. Erika, the cashier saw the issue and took the initiative to have the shoes marked down to $4.99. I really appreciate when an employee looks out for me, the customer.

It’s hotter than an oven inside and majority of the employees there aren’t polite. An employee with brown extensions didn’t even think of saying excuse me, she just barreled around me. The lady at the cash register was very passive aggressive. Even people behind me were complaining about the disgusting attitudes the employees have here. Whether you hate your job or not, it doesn’t give you the right to be rude to others. It takes very little to be a kind person.
