Had an issue with a door I ordered at this store. Today, I went to the store and a manager, Randy M., helped me resolve my issue. I was also assisted by manager Megan R. and store associate Lacey E. It was so nice to get personal service.

definitely don't go to this Home Depot. If you need help with plumbing twice in the plumbing department, I asked a question to the guy there, and he mumbled something and pointed at the section and walked off and then I asked for his help again trying to find connections for extension hoses, and he had no clue, and he walked off again. going to Lowe's.

I always get excellent service with Home Depot off of HWY 646 & I- 45 because they help me to get the best items for my needs. They wait with me at Ck out with bulk items so they can also help me to put my bulk items into my vehicle unlike Lowe's across the street who leave you confused as to what items I would need for what I needed to do. I had entered their store because I couldn't find the color stain I needed and additional items I needed at Home Depot. -I finally got someone to help me after several minutes but they left me confused as to which items I needed to buy. Home Depot would have helped me further in determining which items would be most suitable for what I needed. I was so very upset that I was not helped in securing exactly what I needed. -So I went to WalMart next door and found a few items with the help from an a few great associates there. yeah Walmart -With my Home Depot, I am always helped from start to finish with confidence that I purchased the correct items for what I needed and sometimes with instructions on how to use the item I purchased. I was so sorry that my Home Depot didn't have the products I needed. it would have saved me several hours of searching that day at Lowe's who were not good at helping customers.-Thank God for my local Home Depot and Walmart I just Loooove both of their full service dedication, great value, plus I get a discount flyer from Home Depot that I can use when I buy a certain dollar amount.

someone dropped lightbulbs near my ballswould not recommend coming hear unless you wanna come home balless. Very bad experience home depot i would have expected more from you but you did this to me. I am now changing to lowes.

I love shopping at Home Depot because my experience has been better in-store service than Lowe's. Now I'm not sure. I think I left my drivers license and credit card there. So I call. And a nice Lady Paula kept transferring me to a ringing phone they nobody answered. I just asked if they had a lost and found. I live 30 minutes away. So now I need to drive there because nobody could even say "yes we have a lost and found" or"Let me look" or "sorry we are just too busy to help anybody on the phone. I'm told the managers were "probably in a meeting". Every manager and district Manager should have to call their own place of business and see how they get treated. Sadly companies don't really want to talk to you on the phone anymore.

There is a female manager there that is awful! We purchased a few appliances. In store. Picked them out and said this is what I want and the person rang us up. We also asked about delivery because our house was under construction. They said we could push it back as much as we wanted. Get it delivered and it's the wrong fridge. Same fridge. Same name. But the one we wanted had the ice and water maker. The version we got did not. Called and Francesca was super helpful and awesome. She said to refuse the delivery and come up to the store. So I did. Then I got the manager. Who quite rudely wanted to know why we pushed our delivery back and how we didn't check the receipt better. I explained the receipt had multiple appliance purchases and the name of the fridge was correct on the receipt. (Got it on Black Friday sale). She then told me that the only thing she could do was sell me a new one at the new sale price ($1000 more than Black Friday). She said first the warehouse would have to get it back. Asked how long that would take and she gave me a rude look and said she couldn't tell me. Asked what happens if the sale ends before they call me. She said nothing she could do about that. Sale ends when it ends. She also said some other rude things and chatted with the customer next to me while having the conversation. Clearly showed my problem was not her concern. Called corporate and was told that she pretty much lied and she could have and should have offered me a discount for everything that happened. And also that the warehouse always gets items back that night after all the deliveries are made and that any manager should know that. Home Depot needs to evaluate who they have as leaders.

Kudos to manager Minnie and Customer service rep Karen P for going beyond the expected. Paid twice on line for Rubbermaid storage unit after contacting National Customer Service rep. Directed my order to League City. When we showed up to pick up one of the 3 units in stock, there was only 1 and was damaged. Karen and Minnie credited both the prior orders and reordered a new one to be delivered this morning. And now ZI finally have my new storage unit. Thank you Ladies.

Was in need of a piece of plywood cut in half told them what I needed they said OK let me get someone to help you waited 20 minutes I asked another employee can I get somebody to come and cut this Was told they were on break give them a few waited longer I asked again someone else after a while a guy came by pushing a trashcan I asked if anybody was here that can use the saw I was told it was out order but yet no out of order wasted 30 minutes went back later for other supplies and still no sign up worst place for customer service

Worst phone assistance I have ever received. You would think you were on punked or something. Seriously awful! I spent almost an hour just trying to get connected to someone and then they kept putting the phone down and walking away. You could here them in the background just ignoring the phone. Then, when someone would pick it up, I would have to explain my purpose for calling all over again. I just wanted to make sure they had a product before I sent someone out of town to this location to pick it up for me. Extremely frustrating and a waste of time. Zero help.

It's getting ridiculous how bad the quality of wood is getting. Every week I have to go through the same piles of unusable bent 2x4's and 2x6's. Out of 40 boards I went through today only 4 were acceptable. I'm talking major warping and s shaped boards. I've noticed the same boards every week and a reduction in quality. I can't run my business with this kind of quality.

I was ignored by the female and the other female cashier walked away when I asked about plumeria. I had to almost beg for them to acknowledge my presence. The one that walked off real impatiently said I don't know what type of plant that is. I walked further into the building and asked a young Hispanic worker and he took the time to answer. .may 11 2021
