This place cut into the main wiring harness on my car. They then left exposed wires, awful splicing, and non certified electrical work. It more than likely voided my warranty. Avoid this place like the plague.

My car was damaged in May of 2024. My car was not completed until the beginning of July 2024. I picked my car up and they didn’t even fix the damages that were approved by my adjuster. I then went back and picked up my car 40 days later and they left it in the parking lot and someone damaged the door. I then took my car back after they replaced the motor and the check engine light came on. I brought the car to autozone to see why the car received that message. I then brought the car back to Classic Collision to see what was wrong. They then took the car and cleared the message and stated that was wrong from autozone. I brought my car back and now I’m upset and the general manager Everett Hunt was rude, obnoxious and disrespectful towards me when I’m the one without a vehicle and constantly having to return. I then was told to bring my car back to fix the problem. When I return to fix the problem that occurred through them in August. I then I had to repay due to an error Darren Culver made and putting in the wrong amount when I made the first payment two months ago. The company refused to give me my car back until I made a payment of $1k right there. This place is horrible and they take forever to fix your car even after your insurance company made a payment. Then I was not told I had to drop my car off to be fixed when I brought it back. Everett Hint was unprofessional and rude to me again!! This place is unprofessional and rude. I would not utilize this company of your insurance allow you to go to other facilities.

We had a great experience here and I couldn’t be more satisfied! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional. Natasha was so friendly, attentive and responsive! I couldn’t have asked for a better advisor. She took the time to thoroughly explain the process of my car repairs and my car was returned in excellent condition after the repairs.
Overall, I highly recommend them for their exceptional service, honesty, and expertise. I’ll definitely be returning for any future repair needs!

They had my wife’s truck for 6 months and cause more damage. They left paint drip marks over and over . They left over spray over and over. And each time we told them about it we were told it was the industry standard. As well as there workers left scratches all over the truck and the manager accused my wife and I of putting the scratches there. They took the foam cup holder out the passenger front door for no reason and when we called to speak to the manager, the manager accused us saying how do I know the part was there when you dropped the truck off. The second time i dropped the truck I put 3 brand new tires on, and when i finally had it with them i noticed they damaged my back rim, scratched my passenger side of my truck they damaged my metal steps . I also dropped my truck off with a full tank of gas and they left me with less than a quarter of a tank. They still haven’t fixed my truck I own have to take to another body shop to get it done right. If the option to give this place a zero stars was possible I would. Worst experience ever. Manager argued with my wife at every point when she point out what was still wrong. Several times my wife who is active duty who is stationed in San Antonio was told the truck was ready , and she would find new scratches or drip marks or over spray , and was argued with by the manger that it would only take five mins to fix. But was never fixed. On top of that based on the odometer picture they took when i dropped off the vehicle they put 6000 miles on my truck , and I have no idea how they did that when they had custody of the truck for 6 months. Especially when they are a all in one shop they should not of put that many mile in my brand new truck . On top of that I was also missing quarters from my change container in my center console.

They did a good job on the repair, but we constantly had to deal with the run around from the Geico adjuster. I can get over never returning our calls because you’re busy, but don’t make unrealistic promises. We were continuously told that the car would be done by the “end of the week” for 4 weeks. What started as a 2 week job turned into a month and a half. Just say a month. Better yet, say 2 months and finish early ?.

I would definitely recommend this place! I never was wondering about the time frame or what phase my vehicle was in. Dillon was very informative and would answer any questions without having to get back to me. He contacted the insurance when needed.

Classic Collision did a great job of repairing a broken window and damage to the door. The paint match was perfect for a 10 year old vehicle. Most importantly, I appreciated the constant communication and updates on the process. This is the second vehicle we have brought to them, and we will definitely use them in the future if needed!

Poor communication skills, would tell me one thing about my repair and say I’ll follow up on X day, never followed up. Happened twice. When I finally got a date for when the vehicle would be done it got pushed back further even though at the start of the week I was told it just needed to be put back together and painted. So to find out a week later it STILL needed to be put together and painted is just absolutely ridiculous. Lessons learned. Will not be using them again for anything in the future. This is all after them not even realizing they had my car for almost a week because it got dropped off after hours so no one ever checked it in at the start, had to call just for them to even know they had it which initially I was told it wasn’t there. It’s been almost a month now.
