I just walked out with the worst haircut of my life!! My sister recommended me to go here to see a specific stylist so I set up an appointment feeling highly optimistic. Her hair came out cute so I thought mine would too. I could barely hold the tears in as I walked out of the door. I said I didn't want any length removed from the front and immediate 4" were chopped off. Chunks of bangs were not cut and the face frame that I didn't want is so crooked it looks like I have 2 totally different haircuts on each side. The only part that looks decent is the back which is the least important part for the work event and photoshoot this week that I had expressed as the reason for the haircut. I am mortified to show up looking like this. I wouldn't even consider her touching it again to "fix" it. This completely ruined my self confidence going into this work conference that I was once looking forward too. 1 star!
Update:
The way this situation was handled was very redeeming. Freda took the time to not only fix my hair but to fix my emotions with her compassion and patients. I recieved a call from cooperate where they addressed my issues and concerns with genuine care. 5 star redemption rating!

Reanna always does a great job on my hair, no matter if it’s a more dramatic cut, trim or color.
Freda did great on my daughter’s hair. Her hair is really thick and curly and Freda knew exactly how to cut and style it, as well as give us pointers to care for it at home.

Everyone was there was very nice, I went to go get my hair colored to a red but more violet color. My hair is very dark and has been box dyed black quite a bit of times so I understand it was probably difficult to work with. However, the stylist didn’t give me the color that I wanted, it was still cute but just not what I had asked for. She then blamed it on herself and said she should’ve done another thing to my hair rather than what she had already done, and offered to fix it, and that I would not have to pay full price because it was “her mistake.” So I made another appointment and she ended up no longer being with y’all, so I had to schedule another appointment with another stylist, and had to pay to full price for another service. I did explain the situation to them but they couldn’t accommodate me and I’m not that person so I said okay. However, the other stylist that did my hair did very well and gave me what I asked for that time. I spent a lot on my hair though and I feel it was a bit unfair. Overall, would recommend this place though. I trust this isn’t a regular occurrence.

I went in as a walk-in appointment. I was to the point that I would have started cutting my hair myself. Freda had me sit in her chair...and worked her "MAGIC"...my haircut was FANTASTIC! I will definitely ask for her next time I need a haircut. Bless you Freda?

Amanda styled my granddaughter's hair for Prom in April. She suggested we google hairstyles while we waited for her to finish up someone else. I am so glad we did. We found a couple styles we liked, and Amanda made some suggestions based on granddaughter's hair type. Amanda explained every step so that we could replicate it or repair it later. Amanda added a pouf to highlight and anchor a small tiara, added braiding to the sides to keep the hair out of her face, and even gave her loose ringlets. She looked like a princess. Thanks so much, Amanda. Her boyfriend's eyes lit up when he saw her looking so elegant. She had a wonderful time at the prom, partly because she knew she looked wonderful.

Amanda really does a great job cutting hair. She listens to what I am looking for and delivers a nice cut and style. Doesn’t feel rushed and she focuses on her client. Great hair dresser and stylist.

Dixie Lee is fabulous! I went in to see her with a grown out pixie cut that needed some shape and style. I loved her insights and felt she really listened to my personal hair struggles, likes, and dislikes. She gave me a great cut and through our conversations we talked about updating my color, also. I came back a couple of days later for highlights and root color. She did amazing! Again, listened to my concerns and preferences, then worked her magic to give me a fresh new look for spring. Thank you, Dixie! I will be back to see her again and again! Great shop and the entire staff were so nice and personable. My whole family loves coming here.

I’m not sure what the girls name was that cut my daughter’s hair, but she did a bad job. We asked for a basic 2 inches cut off, straight across. Posting pic for you to see.Another complaint, the hair stylist was not very welcoming.And will never have hair cut here bc I spent 55 plus tip just for a cut and blow dry! ????
