I had the opportunity to tour these apartments which were previously marked high on my list of rentals to view/live. Upon walking in for a tour, the initial leasing agent sitting at the front desk was not friendly nor did she immediately greet me. She did not smile or seemed interested in seeing me. I introduced myself and then she directed me to another leasing agent.The next leasing agent first impression and my experience with her was like an oversized wet blanket and she gave wavelength as the first one girl. The secondary leasing agent, Brya that was assigned to appear to be forced to fake niceness and she barely smiled, if she did, it was only a smirk that quickly went away. Brya spoke over me and she did more talking than she allowed me to speak. I felt like I was being lectured to. I attempted on several occasions to spark up a conversation with her, however, it went nowhere. She seemed very uncomfortable which made me feel very uncomfortable. She showed me two units and throughout the tour, it was rushed. She walked quickly and drove the golf cart fast too. I'm not sure how she can determine whether rushing a tour will help prospective applicants. What's even worse is that she said that she did not have any other tours until very later.Brya seemed annoyed when the same question was asked twice. She made my tour experience awful. Being around her, for instance was like being around bad energy.The units themselves were very nice, spacious, and within nature, however, the whole atmosphere of the property came with my initial impression of the front office. I did not get that wow-factor nor did I feel like I was at home. The advertised price of the units were significantly lower than the final price which is another issue. The dog park was long, but small. The trash compactor was overflowing with debris. The property did not have that full upkeep.I toured another property within League City prior to coming to Fairways, it was 100X better especially with the leasing agent which was amazing. I believe Fairways staff could take some notes. You know what's messed up, that property wasn't even my first choice.The website says that they offer recycling, but Brya said otherwise. They don't offer free on-site yoga classes. They have valet trash. I asked about the garages, but wasn't even given any information about them and I asked twice. Brya wasn't personable, friendly, sweet, nor patient.Also, this property doesn't open parking and guest parking was sporadically scattered throughout the property. Another thing that I don't understand is upon driving onto the property, you are met with gates. How do they expect prospective applicants to access the leasing office through a locked gate that can be a deterrent.

My experience at FSS was awesome from start to finish. Moving in was fast and easy as well as my move-out day. I needed to exercise their 30day early release with no penalty clause because I got a new job opportunity in Dallas that I could not pass up! The entire office staff was Amazing and as promised I received my refund via check in a timely manner. I will definitely return if I ever find my way back to League City which I love by the way. Thank you FSS for a 5 star experience!

I've lived at Fairway South for sometime and really enjoy being here. The girls in the office is so sweet and Victoria is a pleasure to talk to. She has been very helpful with my work orders and making sure I'm happy. I'm really sad that I have to move.

I am looking for an apartment in Fort Worth. It will be very hard to top or compete with the Fairways at South Shore. Everyone here is just amazing. The ladies in the office are so caring and very helpful. I have never turned in a work order that was overlooked. In fact, it is usually the same day. Everyone here is just great, Victoria you are always smiling, and I appreciate you so much. If you are considering moving here, you will love being at the Fairways. I am so sad that I must transfer and needed to move.

I went and toured your two bedroom apartments. My experience was great. Everyone that I met in the office as well as out on site were really nice and gave a warm hello. The apartment that we toured was inviting and smelt fresh! The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful with all my questions! I could definitely see myself moving in soon.

We been living here for about a year and half. The apartments are nice and it’s a very safe area. The office staff is nice. The reason for the 2 star review is that today marks 2 weeks since we put a work order and it hasn’t been fixed. Yesterday I called and they told me they would come today. I call today to confirm and they tell me they have to speak to the manager and that they’ll get to me. Very frustrating!

My husband and I lived at the fairways for 2 years and only left because we moved out of League City. We LOVED our time at the fairways. The staff is so friendly and helpful, they have great resident events throughout the year, the facilities are well kept and clean and maintenance is quick to respond.Not that there is much to complain about but when we did have a question or complaint the staff there is always willing and ready to respond.Kelly, the manager, is professional and personable. She truly sets the tone for the entire community. Thank you, Fairways for a wonderful living environment

I have called this fabulous community home for the last seven or so years. I love it here and I do not plan on ever leaving.All the staff from the property manager, to the leasing office associates, to the maintenance, have all been extremely kind and supportive.I suffered one of the greatest losses of my life, and they have bent over backwards and inside out with whatever I need.The property is very well kept up, the amenities are amazing! They often have community events, and I attend them as often as possible.I highly recommend everyone live here, as it is the best place to call home, that league city has to offer in my opinion.If I could give it higher than five stars, I most definitely would.

Daniella was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to answer all of my questions about the apartment complex and the surrounding area. They were also very friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in the door. If you're looking for a great leasing agent, I highly recommend her.

The apartments here are well kept and the staff is very friendly. Ive never had any issues. The apartments do a good job of limiting noise from neighbors. Expect a lot of pollen from the trees during the spring. In the summer the pool is a great hang out. The fitness center is open 24 hours and never packed. Good place to live overal!

I lived at Fairways at South Shore for a few years and recently moved as I purchased a home. I want to shout out the maintenance team for moving quickly on any work order and being efficient. I appreciate the staff for creating events that promote a sense of community. Lastly, I want to extend a special thank you to Kelly Levesque. She has, on more than one occasion, made things less stressful in the process of moving out. Her care for residents and the complex as a whole is unmatched. She always went above and beyond. I can recall her calling me as it was raining and she did not want my package to get wet. She offered to bring it to the leasing office or place in my apartment. The compassion and care will be missed. I am happy about my move but was sad to leave such a SAFE, PLEASANT apartment community!!!

I have been very pleased with my choice of Fairways at South Shore for my first apartment living experience in 20 years. Both management and maintenance are outstanding. Everyone is friendly, helpful and responsive. The grounds are beautiful and always well maintained. Repairs are done quickly and efficiently. It is a peaceful, enjoyable living experience with a sense of security in a chaotic world.

I have lived on the property two years. I absolutely love the staff they are very quick and attentive to all tenants needs for any questions or concerns. The property manager, Kelly is the sweetest manager I have ever met she always says hi to everyone and she really knows how to make the fairways a happy place to live! I love it at the Fairways!! Home sweet home

My wife and I have lived at the Fairways for almost two and a half years now and we love it here. Kelly and the rest of the office staff are always friendly and helpful, the maintenance staff is quick to respond, and the neighborhood is quiet and clean. I would definitely recommend this complex to anyone looking for a nice apartment in this area.
