My husband and I had a last minute reservation for a minivan that sits up to 7 people. This was our first family vacation to another state and we needed alot of space. When we went to pick it up, Josh (can't remember how to spell his name) was extremely helpful. From the pick up to the drop off, Josh's customer service was beyond excellent. The next time we travel, we know where to go and we know who to call. Thank you, Josh, for being so friendly and so kind and thank you, Enterprise for hiring him and having great deals.

I just talked to a very rude, childish young man who needs to learn how to communicate. He needs training and should be washing the cars instead of calling customers on the phone. I rented the car last night, and all was OK. Thank you for talking me out of renting a car from you. I already have one 1 mile from you. I always put a CC on file and pay with a debit card, so there was no need for you to ask for my check stub, a gas bill or any of the other nonsense you spat off, before asking if it was convenient. We were eating breakfast deciding if we just wanted to rent it for a week. I have no idea how long my wife's car was going to be in the shop. Just say you did not want to work this morning, and it was inconvenient for us to rent from Enterprise.9-2-2023.10:02 am for a 56 second call. Wow

Used the website, set everything up online. Went in to pick up car. Jackie handled the rest of the details efficiently and we went over the finer details. Checked out car together. Service was great. Dropping off car, was super simple. The young man waiting on me was super nice. I called ahead and arranged for a ride to take me to the repair facility to retrieve my truck. Mr. Bird took me right away and we had a great conversation during the ride.All in all, everyone was super nice and I would definitely recommend this facility and I shall return here if I need a rent car in the future.GREAT JOB ALL THE WAY!!!!

The process after my accident was so convenient and hassle free. Enterprise met me at repair establishment, and I was out of there in 10 min with my rental. However, the rental was dirty and inside had a broken glass holder and there was a burn on door which is very unlike enterprise because we have used them many many times and will use them in future.

When i need a rental car, I know that I can trust Enterprise Rent-A-Car in League City, TX Main street. This week I needed a car and just popped in, and John and Kaitlyn were readily available to assist me with a vehicle that I needed last minute. In minutes I was driving away with my rental. Thank you for the excellent customer service!

Disclaimer: vehicle was probably discounted rate because it was an insurance claim, instead of a normal direct rental.I did not get a receipt/invoice from the office upon vehicle return to the approved repair shop. Was asked very invasive questions during rental pickup (I rent cars all the time, I provided a DL and major credit card, but the questions went beyond normal). First vehicle was rough externally (scratches, dents, broken trim), and enjoyed expired tags (by several months). The radio/display was broken, gauge cluster had a strange film on it, and no spare tire/tire repair kit available. It also had a weird nauseating smell. I turned that in and got a replacement vehicle, which started out with a dead battery in the keyfob (which you need, because it's push-button start). In addition, the wiper fluid sprayer for the windshield didn't work, the front seat had a broken arm rest and the rear seats didn't collapse like they're designed to (because the levers were broken). This vehicle was also missing paper registration and its registration sticker entirely (TX plate, no window sticker or plate sticker).I understand COVID and the car market has upended rental cars, but these were beyond surprising.The personnel were helpful and friendly, so I can't complain about them except for not sending me the invoice. But vehicle maintenance needs to be taken much more seriously at this branch.

Store manager is incredibly rude. He very condescending. He's not on the same page as his corporate office or with the insurance company that is trying to give me a rental car. I will not do business with him. I do not recommend anybody do business at this location in fact they should go anywhere but that location rudest employees ever there.

Very disappointed. I just put my car in the shop, and USAA reserved a rental for me yesterday so that I could attend a funeral today. When I called, I was told there were only bigger cars available.. (i.e. would cost extra) and to try back later. I contacted USAA and they told me they would have a specialist contact Enterprise and have a car available for me by end of business day or I'd be picked up this morning. When I didn't hear anything, I called twice this morning, the first time I didn't get an answer, the second time I was told they're all booked up.. with no consideration given to my reservation whatsoever. Thanks for nothing.
