Very nice cigars. Great lounge. Good company. Great customer service. Not your typical smoke shop lounge. If you come, be courteous and behave. Place is not for loud mouths or kids. If you are loyal you can get premium cigars for very competitive prices. My go-to place when I want some quiet and good smokes.

Stopped in tonight with 2 buddies and no one greeted us, we spent a long time in the humidor and no one came in to explain anything …. The establishment is very nice but no customer service and the guy who checked us out didn’t wanna answer any questions about the cigars they had!! Highly disappointed in this establishment!!! Won’t be back !!!

Very nice staff and customers. I went in nervously to buy cigars as a gift for someone and everyone was very helpful and nice. I have no knowledge of cigars and the staff kindly assisted me with picking out the cigars.

Chill vibe. Went in for a cigars for our boyfriends and he was nice. I love when we I get treated well when the place seems catered to men. Fair prices would definitely go back.

Really cool place. I'm from out of town and live in Las Vegas. When I called the cigar shop, I was looking for my type of cigar, and the gentleman told me that they make there own cigars here. So I told myself, that's something I'd like to try. I drove over from Texas City since the one over in Texas City closes at 6 PM and this location stays open till 10 PM. I said what the heck... why not? When I got there, I went into the humidor and found a very similar type of cigar that I smoke in Las Vegas. I picked up two cigars, one full body and one Connecticut, and went to the cash register to check out. The price of this cigar is $7.50 and the gentleman told me since I came in after 6 PM the cost is only six dollars per cigar . What a deal, I couldn't believe it. So over the next couple days, I smoked both cigars, the full body and the Connecticut, and both cigars were to my satisfaction. I highly recommend coming out here to pick up your handmade cigars and try for yourselves. Super delicious.

Been buying cigars from Manny (and Pepe) for over a year now. I have settled on two of my favorite now. What impressed me the most was I emailed them and a couple of days later I got an unknown call from a Texas City number. When I answered the caller said “Hey Roger this is Manny with El Cubano Cigars”. I said yea right. He said no really. I’m thinking the owner calls me. You don’t get service like that anymore. Talked with Manny but it was a couple of months before I traveled to League City where I met Pepe. Super nice guy. Been buying ever since. Got to meet Manny the second time I was In League City. He said yeah you’re the South Texas cowboy I talk to on the phone. Super gentleman also. Great selection of handmade cigars. I promise you won’t be disappointed. Give them a try.
