“I always have a great experience shopping at this location. Good amount of inventory and good sales. Employees are very friendly and helpful. If I can't find a particular item in the store, then I place an order online and have it shipped to the store. I picked up my order on July 4th, and two employees made sure that I was able to get my large order to my car. Looking forward to my next shopping visit there.”

“Just been through a damaging hurricane two days ago and they’re already up and running with everything but some meat and no dairy. Kudos for their efforts. This is a good group that works here and they are working diligently to combat the issues at hand regarding power and refrigeration”

“I love the checkout staff. They are ALWAYS so sweet and thoughtful.
Although the store has great items in homefurnishings, there are not many comforter choices. The towels abound and are nice. Girls clothing is very nice with a pretty good selection. Women's is too dressy oriented.
I bought a pair of jeans although I thought they were too high priced.
Ladies casual wear is pretty abundant.
I really like this store for my child but find little in what I feel I need as I'm 71 and it's hard to know at this stage just what to wear.”

“There's a young man that works here that is just so helpful! Didn't get his name but he had dark hair and was young probably about 18 or 19 I think? Just very helpful and kind. Not the usual customer service you get at a dollar store.”

“We love this Kroger. We usually find what we are looking for. The store seems to always be clean and the employees are very helpful and nice. We have plenty of other stores to choose from but we like this one for most of our grocery needs.”

“This is our happy place!
It’s got all we would need without having to run to Walmart or even order off of Amazon. It’s close to home and we know where everything is. It is stocked with great varieties of food and great employees. The prices as a member are tremendous as it helps us save so much each week. Favorite: the coupons they mail to you on the things you buy!”

“A normal Walmart, with 1 big difference. Kaliyah works behind the cash register and was so happy to help us. What a wonderful lady. She definitely makes the difference in this store.”

“As I prepare to leave Galveston, for Htown (Baby Apple; please people) I 've become reacquainted with the commercial entities on the mainland. might I say that this Walmart has more of a selection of Wrangler, and Lee Jeans than the Galveston Walmart (bought five pair). The store is cleaner, less chaotic, and generally friendlier. Now, I understand that Galveston has to deal with the beach tourists that treat Galveston in general like a convenience store bathroom, so I'll give it a mulligan. But, I was impressed by the assortment of products and available number as opposed to Galveston's. Galveston could use one of those exclusively grocery Walmarts, but it isn't going to happen. Get another catastrophic hurricane (and its getting near time) and you'd be hard pressed for any corporations to come there, let alone a secondary store.”
