This CVS Pharmacy is awful!!! They don’t know what they’re talking about, continually mess up prescription orders, then they tell you one thing over the phone the another thing and when asked specifics say, “I just work here” well yeah I know! Don’t you think you might wanna know what you’re saying before spouting that off?! Oh and update:
They called back and said they couldn’t transfer it to another pharmacy and when confronted about this so called state law that was passed in late April that didn’t exist she said “oh it’s CVS policy” I said,”oh so yall won’t fill someone’s medication if they’re not insured” and she said very proudly, “yes”. CVS blows!

The pharmacist was very rude and said that they didn’t take my insurance when they are literally on the directory including all surrounding cvs locations.

I was on time for my visit. drove 40 minutes to get there on time. Seven minutes after my scheduled time they decided to cancel my appointment. The nurse said it because she was late, she had to cancel my appointment. This behaviour from where I am from is unacceptable, but at CVS it seems a their good practice.

Went to the minute clinic at this location back in July to get a renewal on my BC prescription. I am due for another refill and I was notified today that my refill was denied and that I should speak with my prescriber, Ebone IYEGBU, and gave me the number to reach them at which is this location. I received a call back and the pharmacy tech had no idea who this Ebone persone was, told me to call my doctor. I told them that I do not have a doctor, I went through their minute clinic to get the prescription. He basically didn't know how to help me and gave me the number to the pharmacy where I usually pick up my prescription. Working with CVS has been a joke, between the minute clinic nurse telling me that she thought I was pregnant due to the urine test reading (I wasn't, there was not a clear line, but she did scare me enough that I cried later at the possibility) to this mess. I will not be using CVS any longer.

I would like to say that the CVS at 5002 W Main Street is always clean and the team members are professional and nice. I would like to acknowledge Tamara as she has helped me several times and is always professional calm when assisting several customers at the same time - simply put she is amazing!

If I could give zero stars I would. This pharmacy does not care about ensuring that it's patients get their medication. My son who is 11 has been on the same medications for years and all of a sudden this pharmacy can't fill it nor can they tell me why. They are rude and nasty and will hang up on you on the phone telling you if you don't like it to call corporate. And no point in time does a patient's well-being matter more than the feelings of whoever is behind the counter at this ridiculous pharmacy. Then my son's iron was on back order and they refused to even attempt to reorder it for 6 months. My medically complex son missed many medications because this pharmacy isn't willing to be an advocate for their patients. They don't deserve to ever help any patient ever again and should be closed down. They are a danger to anybody who tries to go there.

I do not recommend The Minute Clinic in this place. Either the people who work there don’t want to work, are not well prepared to do the job or their equipment is faulty.
I went 4 days ago because I had a swollen throat with white spots and had had a fever the previous night. I was “supposedly tested” for flu and strep and both results came back inconclusive with errors and therefore negative.
Their stupid machines don’t work.
I was prescribed Tamiflu because the nurse practitioner said just in case it’s the flu.
Wrong Wrong Wrong.
My doctor was able to take me in the same day an hour later and the flu test was negative but the strep came back positive so I was prescribed antibiotics.
I’m fine now 3 days later since the antibiotic kicked in. The fever stopped.
This is the second time they have errors with their equipment because back in November the same thing happened. I had RSV. But I was checked only for flu and COVID and of course the results came back negative so the nurse said it was probably a simple cold.
Again I went to my doctor the next day because I was feeling worst and he prescribed me the right medication.
By the way they charged me a little over $173.00 just for testing me and the visit and taking me in. That was with health insurance.
I paid only $65 with my doctor.
Do not go to get treatment over there for upper respiratory issues maybe only for vaccines and other purposes.
