Worst Pharmacy customer service I've ever been involved with. I never once called a corporate office to file a compliant but this place made me go out my way and make that call. The first time I went, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and only assumed the lady at the window was having a bad day and stressed. I get it... but not even a month later to pickup my refills, the same lady at the window was there and just the worse customer service and unprofessional person that shouldn't be working there. Yelling out my prescriptions and questions to the Pharmacist, while people can hear, was uncalled for. She didn't know questions that I was asking that a person should know if they worked there, and didn't have to be a pharmacist to answer. If I could give this place zero stars I would... changing pharmacies and I don't care if it's further away.

The girl Cierra that works there got upset with me because I didn't want to use the self checkout. I use it 90% of the time because no one is ever available to check customers out. This particular day, I needed to redeem a discount that I'd received to my card, so I chose to wait in line. She immediately tried to get me to use self checkout and when I declined, she became annoyed and started talking about me to the customer she was checking out. As a customer, I shouldn't be made to feel as though I'm an inconvenience because I don't want to use the self checkout. That is your job and I needed to redeem my discount.

There is a big black lady who works here and she has no interest to help a customer at all, she is lazy and a liar. I came in to buy a peach fuzz shaver for my face which I've bought for years at cvs. I'm not from league city so I was not familiar with this store and could not find the item I was looking for. I asked the black lady where I can find the item and she said "yeah we don't carry those here" ... and then another employee, a Hispanic lady, intervene and says "oh yeah we do have those here, I can show you where they are" ... she was super sweet and helped me. Then I had a $10 coupon which I had online and the self checkout was not allowing me to use it at self checkout because it was asking me to deposit the coupon into the slot. I asked the black lady again for help and she said "yeah I can't help you, you have to print it out and bring it into the store".... Which I said "can you not just scan it at the register" ... I shop at cvs often so I know they can do that, they can scan the online coupon and override having to turn it in at the register. Well her lazy ass told me she couldn't do it and so I was on my way to my car and I was like NO I'm going back in there and asking someone else for help. As I was standing in line the black lady asked me "do you need help" and I responded "yeah but I'm getting help from someone else" .... The hispanic lady scanned my $10 coupon at the register and helped me out :) someone needs to fire that lazy employee, she has absolutely no will to help anyone at all.

The crew at the Marina Bay Drive store are terrific. I rely on them for everything, and they have helped get approval on things I thought were impossible. I've been going here since they opened this store and they have never once let me down.

Pharmacy staff is rude and condescending. More often than not they're out of stock on medications. I'm moving to Alto Pharmacy.

I have been using this store since moving to League City, mostly because its close to my home. I have had numerous problems with auto refills and when I complained about it I was handed some gibberish about how there's a business in Rhode Island that handles that but the pharmacy cant contact them due to HIPAA. This is beyond stupid because that company needs to have a business associates contact with CVS in order to process prescriptions. I recently tried to buy a covid test kit there. I decided to go online and order pickup. On my way there I received an email from CVS that my credit card had been charged. I figured i would sort it out when I got there. Pharmacies can directly bill Medicare, but in keeping with the sloppy customer experience they didn't enroll in the program. The guy behind the counter said I could send the receipt to Medicare. Sure Mr Mario Brothers look alike let me do your work for you. I said I didn't want the kit and to cancel the transaction. Mario then informed me he couldn't do that because the product was "covid-related". I plan to look into this "rule". I pointed out that the bag hadn't left the store and that it was still stapled shut. He wouldn't budge. He was uncooperative, rude and offensive, trying to make this all my fault. So I left the store without the product. I'll have to contest the charges with my credit card company or through the.BBB. I went across the street to Walgreens where they were happy to directly bill Medicare. Mario you fool, you just lost hundreds of dollars of business over a $26 purchase. I'm sure Walgreens will enjoy my patronage.

It seems kind of pointless to review a CVS right? I mean: who doesn't realize at this point that the pharmacy is going to be understaffed, medications often won't be in stock, and even if both those issues are in order, there'll still be a thousand reasons why it takes 6 days to get a refill and get out of there. But I'm writing this one anyway because this particular CVS is EXTRA egregious when it comes to all of the above. The pharmacy is WILDLY understaffed(and understandably bitchy, given that they're dealing with the constant stress of being so understaffed -although it'd be awesome if they didn't take that out on the customers), it takes FOREVER to get an order filled and even then you'll sometimes get a text saying it's ready, only to arrive and find out that was a glitch, they haven't even started filling it, and now you won't be getting it until about 3 weeks from next Tuesday. All that to say. Find a Walgreens. The end.

I have been receiving excellent service from the pharmacy lately and have no complaints. It is much improved over the last year or two. Thank you for all your help.

Sad to say it took me forty two minutes to get passport pictures printed out. Stacey is rude, and rolled her eyes at me several times when quit frankly it was her fault for the computer not working. Waste of my time. Walgreen's would do me better. Walgreens will do everyone better. Go to Walgreens.

Transferring prescriptions to this CVS pharmacy from another pharmacy takes more work than it's worth. Not sure whether pharmacist, tech, or process itself is incompetent. But after numerous calls to CVS, I decided to just give the doctor a call and write new RXs. When I shop for Medicare drug Plan for my husband at then end of the year, I'm going to look for Walgreen cost effective plan. In the meantime, for my prescriptions I'm going back to Walgreen!!

I have a problem every month when I go to pick up my refills. But this month was the worse: I was on hold for one hour and 20 minutes listening to musak. I picked up my other phone and called the CVS headquarters in Rhode Island and a CSR took my call and said she would try calling the pharmacy through the physician's line to see if she could get somebody to pick up. No luck. So she said she would call the clerk at the front of the store and have them go back and see what the problem was. A few minutes after that, the pharmacist finally took my call and when I asked her what the hell had taken 1.5 hours, she just curtly said they were trying to help customers. There's NO EXCUSE for this, check out the price of CVS stock, they are making money hand over fist. Why can't they either hire competent people or add to staff? I'm switching all my meds to a private independent pharmacy. To hell with these mega chains.

The manager here is a bloated, hairy ape-like a******* He does not look professional, and he has been observed being incredibly rude to various customers. Please reassign or terminate his employment. This is not someone who should represent CVS in my opinion!

I've been to this cvs for 7 prescription refills and it is the absolute worst due to the pharmacy manager. I have complained multiple times because he has messed up my prescription refills and the line is excessively long (the last time I went to pick up a prescription I waited for 45 minutes in the drive thru for them to assist 4 patients ahead of me- no joke!). Today I went to pick up in the drive thru and it took 10 minutes for someone to come to the window even after I pressed the "help" button at the window three times. The manager answered the window and then he asked me to sign the receipt without my first verifying that I was receiving the correct prescription. He also wanted to take my card without telling me the charge before swiping. I explained to him that the location has horrible reviews and I asked to speak to his supervisor- which he claimed he was the only supervisor I could talk to. When I tried to explain to him further how he could improve his service he slammed the window in my face. I then parked and walked to the front counter and asked the checkout clerk if there was a store manager I could speak to... a different person (the store manager) listened to my complaint and graciously offered to speak to the pharmacy manager on my behalf. So in the end I find out that the pharmacy manager lies to his customers about not having a supervisor and treats them very rudely with poor service so I will not be returning to this store. I have had nothing but exceptional service at other CVS locations but this one is just the absolute worst!

Every time I go to CVS the clerk at the front of the store is always very friendly and helpful. The pharmacy on the other hand could use some lessons in customer service.
