Had a prescription increase 350%. Tried calling my insurance company held for 30 \\u0026 45 minutes getting cutoff when being transferred. Called CVS pharmacy and spoke with pharmacist you checked and said insurance company did not note a reason. They would reach out to my insurance company for clarification. They were able to get clarification that I was in the so called doughnut hole, hence the significant increase. They actually handled this issue for me during their lunch hour. Always received excellent service from the pharmacy staff at the League City parkway location. Highly recommend.

CVS Carepass is a CVS SCAM. They sign you up for Carepass without your knowledge and then refuse to give refunds for the illegitimate charges they made to your credit cards even though you did not sign up for or ever use the service.

It’s a crying shame when you come to a place of business that is there to serve you, and you get treated like it is an inconvenience that you came to the pharmacy to get medicine. Katelin is always so rude and gets a rise out of not wanting to do her job. Just recently she didn’t want to enter my coupon number to save money on my medicine and then she tossed me medicine at me when she was done. News flash Katelin.. if you don’t like having to interact/deal with people the you should find a new job.

I went in to load $120 to my PayPal account at the self pay machine. With the help of the cashier, all I did was put my cash in the machine. Then received an error on screen and on reciept, it said to see associate for a refund. So we went to the register and when she tried, it gave me another reciept to call green dot? Which I did but was no help because I don't have a green dot card or account. The store manager JEFF JOHNSON, was called at home and said that he would be in the next day to investigate and give refund ... So next day I called to make sure someone would be there after I got off work, and JEFF told me that my transaction was processed, that it went through. Well no it didn't even 3 days later as I write this. He gave me a support number to call, which I had to wait one hour on hold. Speaking with a representative, she needed the transaction ID number , she called JEFF and got it, and tells me that it's not showing in their system yet, to call back in 24-48 hours. Yet JEFF sees something that says it went through? So I've called again yesterday and waited another hour on hold, for the same answer. Today will have been almost 3 days since, and I expect no better from support. Probably at best I can expect a check in 4-6 weeks or something equally ridiculous. Thanks alot cvs!edit: 1/18/2022 so I called once again, (50+ minutes on hold every time?) anyway my claim has now been transferred to their "research" department, i'm told that they will take 7-10 days to process it... I can't believe CVS support is this worthless - worse than trying to call the IRS during tax season... all i did was put my money in their machine and I want it back WTH?!!

Overall CVS does what they're supposed to. They got me my meds in a timely manner. Elena in particular was very helpful. They look understaffed sometimes but everyone there looks like they're working hard.

Absolutely horrible. Rude, nasty and not helpful in any way. Pathetic that people like that are working in a place of business that is supposed to be there to care for the individual. Store#5519. Either the Pharmacist or one of the assistance. Need to get it together. Won't be going back.

Every time I have dealings with CVS I wish I didn't. Most recently, I was treated with extreme disrespect by Dana while trying to arrange for an Rx transfer from another retailer. I will take my business elsewhere.

Pharmacy is not responding to customers waiting outside at 7:30pm... they shouldn't be closed and if they are they can let the three people waiting outside know the status and when they will be back open or if they will be unavailable for the rest of the night

I really love CVS and love their coupons, but while I sit in this one for an hour waiting to pick up my prescription I notice that the carpet is al over my feet and on my ankles. I look around and notice the floor is filthy. So, now it is my understanding that they don't vacuum! Disgusting!!! Sorry to the 2 employees I complained to. I wasn't very nice.
