I went in to get a haircut and made an appointment. I get there was only 1 lady in there. I had a picture of what i wanted and she didnt do it anything like i asked. She didnt wet it or anything, it was 3 minutes tops and i had several inches cut off. I asked for a bob with long layers and i cant even tell you what i got, more like a short shag. Will not go back there.

They charge you $16 for a hair cut and be done in literally 3 minutes. And the lady is very rude.

I have been a customer for about 26 years but lately the time the business closes is a moving target. Door says closed at 6pm on Saturday and google says 7pm but here it is 5pm and door is closed and young lady is counting her money. Pretty disappointing as this has been a great place to come!

THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO CUT HAIR!! sister went here they butchered her sons hair when she asked if they could fix it or give her a refund they said that she doesn't know about hair and that she doesn't know what she's talking about. Owner was the one that was actually said that to her!

I've been coming to this place for at least 3 years. Usually they are very good. Lately they have a new " stylist" , she seems untrained and unsure. I've unfortunately had my last 2 haircuts from her. I didn't realize she was the same lady from last time when I sat down. She has no idea how to fade or blend, she left half my hair longer on one side than the other. Very very unsatisfied. Then I try to use my points they send me text messages after every haircut, claiming I've earned. To my surprise they couldn't find a single point? It's a scam, don't give them your phone number. Avoid this place as I will be in the future.
