Best customer service experience I’ve had with an online purchase. I purchased a pillar cover for my car over a year ago but I order the wrong side. Contacted conquest and James was quick to agree to swap it out for the drivers side. It’s been over a year and I finally got around to shipping back the item. Notified him via email and within minutes he was already shipping the correct item. Thanks for the speedy turn around on your end!

Outstanding service from start to finish. Communication was excellent regarding order and delivery status. Instructions were not included in the box. Contacted customer service via live text and service was outstanding. Instructions were scanned and sent to me by the end of the day. Highly recommend and will definitely order from again!

Part I ordered got here quickly even despite the auto workers strike. The part was the right part and it fixed the issue I was having. This part was hard to find at other places since it is for an older vehicle (2004) but I had no problem finding it here. Ordering was easy and customer service seems to be great. Always nice to have a trusted source when finding parts for your car/truck. Will definitely be shopping here again!

Good customer service however the emblems adhesive did not hold the badge in place and kept falling off. Basically useless especially given it was brand new.

Ordered an tailgate acuator for 2014 Ram. My tailgate would no longer unlock with the key fob. Part came in within 2 days. It was the correct part. Took me 5 minutes to install.Service from Conquest Auto Parts was great.
