Will not accept new clients. Was told they had 2 doctors and now they’re down to one. I can see why. Rejecting new clients will only hurt the business more.
Save your time and look else where.

Dr Caldwell is awesome and the staff is super friendly. My old boy has problems with his hind legs and Dr C keeps a close eye on him to control his pain without bad side effects.

My cat is going through a urinary blockage and has been going here for monitoring/check-ups the past few days. I have been shown nothing but kindness by all of the staff here! Dr. Bessell does an amazing job at explaining everything, and the tech and front desk were extremely personable. Sylvester will definitely be going here for any visits in the future!

I really like this vet but I was really disappointed in the way I was treated this morning by the vet technicians. I had an appointment to get my dogs teeth cleaned this morning (which I never got a reminder call for or was told what time to bring him in in the morning - luckily I remembered not to give him food or water the night before)I had asked the vet techs if they would be willing to ask the vet to look at this raw diet information that I had spent quite some time looking for to tell me what his thoughts and opinions were and they basically just laughed at my face and didn’t give me a reason why or were even willing to look at what I had found. I even had to ask why they didn’t recommend trying it.The only reason why I felt comfortable asking him is because he had brought raw diets up in our past appointments and he didn’t seem to be completely against it so I just wanted his opinion on the information I had found.I’ve had several raw dog food brands reach out to me to promote their products on social my pages. I was just wanting to be more informed on a subject where I’m constantly getting conflicting information from both vets and dog nutritionists so I could provide my audience with the best information I could find. I wanted to do the right thing and get an experts advice and not just post it because it was trending.I also go out of my way to come to this vet. I live in Kemah and there is an animal hospital right across the street from where I live, but I was going out of my to see this vet because I liked him. I also felt like his pricing was more reasonable. Keep in mind I also have 3 dogs. I spend too much money at this office to be met with this kind of hostility and disrespect, and I’m not sure if I’ll be coming back.

The staff and vets are just wonderful. Very clean facility and they don't rush you and they explain everything in detail.

Great Doctors & staff! I'm not a fan of a lot of vets, but this one was a 10/10 for me. We had to wait a little before we were seen by the doctor other than that, they were amazing. They showed my pit so much love & gave us what we needed in order to fix her ear infection & possible UTI. Within a few days it was already looking so much better! Not only that, but they seem to not try & upsell you pointless stuff your dog does not need in order to make more money lol. Highly recommend!!
