The service manager assigned to my vehicle was outstanding. He was courteous, communicative and very friendly. I enjoyed speaking with him. The service provided by the shop was outstanding and I felt very comfortable with that entire process.

Mikal always sees to it that service is performed above the expectation. There was no wait at drop off or pick up. My car was handed back clean inside and out! I've driven Nissan for 20+ years!

150000 miles and this sentra needs yet another 7000.00 transmission and everybody I talk to that has one of these POS have had issues with it. For two or three years now they have had a recall on the brake light switch but never in stock which goes along with transmission issues and its the same song and dance we will call you when it comes in but never a peep. I shelled 5500.00 to an independent shop to fix all of it. I also have a frontier strawberry transmission that failed before their recall and it's dead due the contamination to the electronics in trans being contaminated back then. There is no more getting 500000 miles out of their trucks as in the past. I'll never buy another nissan EVER!

The staff at Clearlake Nissan are first rate. I removed my vehicle from South Houston and brought it there. High character and excellent craftsmanship.
