These guys know what to do. Need to jam? They got it. Being stalked? They got you. Worried about someone jacking with your car? They cover that too. Someone touches my truck, everyone will know. You probably will have to be patient and wait, but it’s worth it.

I had not only a great experience but I left with exactly what I wanted, & MORE! The person that made my appointment, Pedro, was very patient with me since I kept missing my appointments LOL. And my technician, Logan, did an amazing job installing my subs and even fixed my radio (that wasn’t put in right) because it bothered him haha. 10/10 service and the people there were super nice and knowledgeable.

Absolutely outstanding service. Could not be happier. James did a fantastic job installing new headlights in less than 15 minutes. We have been to this store numerous times and have always received excellent customer service from Pedro. He is extremely professional, polite and always very helpful. Highly recommend Car Tunes in League City. You will not be disappointed.

I never leave reviews except when I feel a business deserves it. I have done plenty of audio installs in my life but ran into issues on my 2021 F150 Powerboost due to the hybrid motor. Every place I called wanted me to come drop it off for them to rack up the labor hours. Dennis at Car Tunes sat on the phone for 20 min troubleshooting the problems with me free of charge. After not being able to solve the problem I brought the truck up to the shop and he sat in the parking lot with me for another 20 min seeing what was wrong, again free of charge. After no real progress I decided to leave the truck with them over night and they got it in first thing the next day. They went through the build for what must have been 3-4 hours and I fully expected to have a large bill at the end. NOPE! They charged me not even 1 hour worth of labor and gave me a discount on the amp that was installed (the one I had was faulty). This is what the true definition of customer service looks like. They have earned a customer for life! I would highly recommend them for any car audio installs you need.

They installed front componants with a crossover along with 8x6(Ford) Coax in the rear doors and tuned my amps for me. System sounds great and it was at a super reasonable price.

This place is the bomb. By far the best customer service in the area. I came in with an unsure idea on what I wanted and instead of just trying to sell me on the newest and most expensive gear they figured out what I envisioned and informed me on what my best options would be. I never felt pressured or intimidated by my lack of expertise because they walked me through the whole process. If you’re looking into decking out your car ask for Pedro and Dennis they were extremely helpful and helped me avoid a lot of unwanted hassles in building my own first car audio setup. I can happily say my month long installation process is over because of these guys!

this is my first zero stars review. had to choose a single star no choice. don't waste your time with this place. they straight up lied to me. made and appointment 3 days in advance. was told it would take 1.5 - 2 hours for minor repairs to sub/amp and adding a base reducer knob. wasted $30 on uber rides to find out 2 hrs later they hadn't even touched it. further couldn't even tell me when they would. fing excuses like a 1st grader would do over homework. simply pathetic...yelp should have a negative star rating as this place deserves it. enter at your own risk, time and money.
