One star reviews must be from other shops because this is, by far, the cleanest and upscale smoke shop in Houston. Go here whenever in town because of the insane prices. Buy in bulk while you're. Owner, wife, worker are friendly. Great coil selection.

My husband & I absolutely love this place!! We’ve searched for a shop with friendly/knowledgeable people & this is it! Any questions or concerns you have they are happy to help with. Their wide variety of products is some of the best I’ve ever seen or experienced. It seems that some of the negative reviews on here are extremely false & simply coming from people that have their own agenda that thrive in negativity. We on the other hand support local businesses & LOVE this shop!!

Was getting a decent amount at first then they started giving me less than the exact amount asked. Even if the scales weights differently the numbers should still be very close. Good until expired is how I see this business.Update. I’ll say this though because I still do go there the young brown haired guy is the best worker quiet gives the perfect amount and has the best vibe he deserves a 5 star it’s all about customer service here and the young long brown haired guy with the long beard will make you and me return forsure idk his name he looks like Jesus Christ not to offend but that’s why I will continue to shop here and bring my girlfriend.Update. I went back and they deserved this second star. I like peace and quiet but I also like genuine concern. When I walked in the same guy told me about the new scale and then he did not get upset about the review. Even if he doesn’t realize that it’s that kind of customer service that gives this place more stars not to make anyone feel uncomfortable who works in there with the review but/and I see that the same guy doesn’t get upset just serves and helps that’s what’s adding stars to this review him.

I LOVE Burners!!! They are absolutely amazing there! The owners Ken and Ellen are so nice, and Tom and Brendan are too!! They always have what I need, be it disposable vapes of any kind, or flower, or accessories galore. Don’t see what you want? Mention it to any of the staff and they make a note to at the very least look into carrying it for you. Speaking of vapes, they even have a discount bin, which comes in REALLY handy on those rough weeks when I haven’t gotten paid yet!! And they have a rewards program too, so as you spend you get points for discounts. Not sure what you want or need? Just ask! They are very knowledgeable about everything they carry. This is my go-to shop for ALL of my needs, and I feel bad if I stop somewhere else during hours they aren’t open. ABSOLUTELY WOULD RECOMMEND this shop! Best one in the area by far.

Two different times I got vapes at this location that made me vomit nearly had me were I could hardly breathe.Tasted like burned plastic.I never had that problem from a vape anytime in my life before.Why I have never been back a third time.

I've been going to Burner's for a long time. I can honestly say I have nothing but good things to say about them. The owners and employees are always really nice and helpful. They are very knowledgeable about all their products and have the best prices I have ever found. I would highly recommend this place!

I go here for my zippo items and incense or the smell oils. I run into issues not finding my zippo product's like the lighter fluid or wicks, for a good price. And I've had great outcomes find what I need for my old school lighters. I’ve met both the owners and the two men who run the store, and I have to say I have nothing but great experiences with the staff. Especially the two men with the long beards who play exceptional music.
