Just seen the lady who runs the business on the side of highway 3 flicking off someone walking away from the storage buildings. What a nice place to rent space from.... think I'll go ANYWHERE ELSE

Battery's and fish finder stole twice and I think some guys live in climate control unit #3 when you drive in and out sometimes you see them picking out the door.

The owner charges by the number of vehicles in the space. I had a cargo trailer for over a year parked there. I added a utility trailer with the cargo trailer. It all fit perfectly in my space. I get a call saying I had to pay double or remove one the trailers. Well I removed both. There are better places out there where you can park both in the same spot for no additional cost.

We started renting three storage spaces in June 2017, and we called right after Hurricane Harvey and were told that the units did not flood. When we went there a few weeks later, the units had flooded and we were not notified of this. While cleaning out the units to access the water damage, we were allowed to use another unit for no more than 4 hours. We finally get to the point where it was time to empty the units (3) right after Christmas and before New Years, and they said we had already been given too many concessions (they said that we got a special rate, when the rate was what was advertised) and would be charged full price for another month's rental. I would not recommend Big 7 Save-U-Space.
