The Best Buy off hwy 45 near JC Penney is horrible. We waited for 30 minutes for Richard and when he showed up to help us find a part for the Pro cam he didn't know what he was doing and was not helpful at all lying that the part was not available. When we up the road to another best buy and that young man ordered the part and shipped it to the house!!!!!

I was simply shopping around trying to see if I wanted a new case and game for my switch. One manager looked at my on my way on and conviently after seeing me the guy he was talking to follows me back to the games and simply touches stuff the isle after me over and over again while trying not to seem like he's looking at me . This is the second time I've had an issue with this manager the first time he sent people out to look at my car. Because I put a phone case down where I was because I found it cheaper online I still bought my screen protector from here but I'll never shop at this location again since it seems I'm being profiled

Awesome experience... The squad is always super cool and really helpful. While I wait I watch them deal with other customers and they are kind and patient even with the jack a$$ customers that are rude. Please don't be mean to the staff... They are good people just trying to help you. Try the golden rule. Love this best buy. Fantastic job helping us!

I was told twice that the new surface pro 11e model would come with a keyboard. The first was at the time of purchase, and the second was when I placed a phone call to the “store”, which was actually just some pathetic call center in the Philippines. I spoke directly with the lousy manager, Ryan, who refused to accept any responsibility. Terrible management. Will not return.

I did get 1 of my items I ordered, but they canceled 1 of my other items I ordered because they did not want to deliver it, now I have to wait 10 business days to get my refund money back of $100 worth, I will not be back in ordering anything with best buy again, they are playing with my money and wasting my time! I do not recommend unless you have extra money lying around..

This location is good for when you already know what you want and/or have pre-ordered online and simply need to pick it up. Unfortunately, if you have any specific questions, the floor staff will often not be able to tell you anything you couldn't already read for yourself online. Actually, after a recent visit, I asked a floor staff member a pretty basic and straight forward question, and he actually lied to my face rather that stating he didn't know and would ask someone else who might. I actually ended up identifying that the info block labels next to 3 of the 5 demo displays were incorrectly labeled )including the model and price) and identified different devices than what was on demo display being tested by me and other customers. It was very misleading. SO if shopping instore just be sure to self-verify any info received against the info online to ensure you are making and informed decision.

Everytime I come here they try to pull a fast one. I purchased a screen protector through Best Buy and paid a little extra for the installing for anytime I break my screen protector. I ALREADY PAID IT. Now they say they no longer do it going back 6months ago? They want 8-9$ for them to install a screen protector that I have already paid for previously. That was part of the reason I got the warranty that I did, they exchange and put on the screen protector. Always something with this morons.
