As somehow who is just getting started in makeup Luis is a king. He did my eyebrows perfectly to my liking, took his time with no rush for absolute perfection. He even gave me some pointers and a small makeover. Helped find my perfect concealer to match my skin. He will always make you feel comfortable and welcomed. Love you Luis ?

Luis is amazing!!! He's quick and super professional while being super sweet and willing to chat. He did incredible with my brows and worked perfectly with what I asked even though my voice was totally shot. Will definitely be back!

As a father shopping for makeup for his daughter this can be an adventure. But Luis was a godsend. He was friendly and personable and had a great knowledge of the products available for mixed race complexions and showed us a new range and what he thought were more suitable colors. I also appreciated and liked his interaction with my sister and demonstrated on her techniques for eyebrows. Really enjoyed his sense of humor and definitely will bring my daughters to Ulta when we come to visit later this year.Service: Makeup services

Let me start off by saying this was not the closest location to me I took a big risk coming out all that way to have someone completely new work on my challenge eyebrows but my boy Luis said he likes a challenge and killed it! On my birthday no less ! 10/10 ultimate guest service he had me understand why I was having such a hard time with them , he gave his best recommendation on what we should do to resolve that issue , just so informative I really enjoyed then , he then gave me a game plan what was going to go and what would stay . He consistently checked in with me to make sure I was having the best experience I could possibly have . Luis was absolutely AMAZING ? He explained every move he was going to make, the process for everything he would do, and went to the ends of the earth to make sure I was comfortable through getting my eyebrows done! I havent had my eyebrows done since 2015, and he definitely gave me the reassurance that my eyerbrows were going to look great. I will recommend him to everybody and I myself will definitely be back! ???

I have been having a bit of a rough time lately, ranging from work troubles to family members being hospitalized. I thought a bit of retail therapy would be nice so I stopped by to get some more info/tips on doing my makeup and possibly trying new products.I stopped at the brow bar and Luis came over to help me. He was very kind and knowledgeable. He showed me several products and walked me through how to use them.We ended up looking at things other than brow products, but all at my own request. I told him what I was looking for and he gave me several very good options. He even helped me find some reall good skincare products as well!Not only that, he was very sweet the entire time. He didn't try to put me down or make me feel for my lack of knowledge on a product and/or skill a f he was very friendly during our entire exchange. He went above and beyond.It was definitely a much needed reprieve from the grief and stress of life and made me feel much better after. And I will say, my brows never looked better!

Luis was great! Really took the time to make sure I was getting what I wanted. Even with my light hair color and wacky eyebrow shape, I left with perfect, natural looking brows! Would definitely recommend anyone go here.
