“I called to check the availability of a battery and the lady who answered the call was very knowledgeable and provided great customer service. Upon arrival at Golden Eagle battery in Alvin, I was greeted by Patrick in the parking lot who took my battery cores and had my new batteries in my vehicle in less than 5 minutes. These folks are very knowledgeable and provide great customer service. Thanks for a great experience. I’ll be back in the future.BTW , the 2 batteries I purchased were $50 cheaper than a local parts store.”

Due to recent health issues, I’ve had to farm out strenuous jobs and decided to try Indian Automotive. “Becky was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I showed up 3 minutes before they closed! and Ms. Becky stayed back almost half and hour after they closed. She helped me select the right battery and even held my phone light over my engine bay as she directed me on how to remove and install a new battery. She was the sweetest for doing all that and I am truly satisfied.I’ll be going back to Becky at O’Reily’s over their nextdoor competitor any day!”
“Ther is a woman a( i believe her name is Audra??)who works the night shift who helped me when I went in the store looking for glue or some kind of adhesive(?) to fix the guard under my car as it was dragging .(massive road hump that's all I'll say... ?)my husband had to be at work(his new job) the following morning. Audra made a call and within 30 minutes her friend was there and he fixed my car. I will forever be grateful To Audra and Martin. It's not often I come across people who will go above and beyond to help a stranger unless beneficial in some way and I will forever be grateful for both of them. Whoever owns this store on bay area, should know they are fortunate to have an employee who genuinely cares about her customers. I'd seriously consider promoting this woman and if make sure she is paid very well . Employees like her aren't heard of anymore. I appreciate youAudra. “Draylin here at the Scarsdale location was extremely helpful. I own Above The Rest Automotive and when called to tell him what I needed he didn't hesitate to order the parts requested. When I arrived he knew who I was and jumped right in to help. Thanks again for prompt service. I use OReilly all across the Houston area and it's hard to find good help.
