I can't even close an account!!!! A teller can't do it, you can't do it online and they "have no appointments available". They charge you monthly for the pleasure of crappy service. Good luck

This branch is terribly slow . I came in Tuesday for mortgage pay off and waited 30 minutes and still didn't speak to an agent. There was also someone else in front of me . There is usually two people at the front to coach you into using the ATM machine but they were not there either.I have complained all the way to the top and no one cares here . I think they should close the lobby and leave the drive up ATM open.

Every time I go in, there's about 5-6 people in line and only one teller. One time, I go in and see the long line and the manager come out of his office and starts to leave! A Lady in line asked if he was going to do anything about the line and he said "I'm going to lunch! There's another teller in the back". After reluctantly going to the back to fetch the other teller, he started to leave again and looked at the lady who said something and asked, "can I leave now?" I get we all need to eat need to eat but you've got to prioritize your customers.

Terrible service. There's always a really long wait to speak to anyone that knows anything. I came earlier today to speak to a banker, after waiting for 45 minutes they told me I would have to wait another 15-20 min. So, since I had to leave, I made an appointment for later in the afternoon. I came 5 minutes before my appointment time and I've already been waiting for 25 minutes. Oh, and the bank manager, who could have easily helped me, was just sitting around greeting customers. I'm closing my account and going to Chase.

How can you have a favorite branch? Strange but I do. The staff here are just so nice. I go out of my way to get to this branch.

Super friendly service. I bring them lots of $1 dollar bills and I have never heard a complaint.
