We ABSOLUTELY love this bank and they’re the reason we choose to continue to bank with Bank of America. As a young, newly married couple they’ve all been so helpful and willing to help. They answer so many of our crazy questions and make us feel like they truly want the best for us. Go above and beyond to explain how different things work and what’s best for our case. Highly recommend talking to Kyler at this location as we can’t say enough good things about him. He truly loves to help people and it shows! We appreciate everyone here at this bank!!

Worst branch ever! Went to deposit a check, the manager told me it would be available the next day then overnight they placed a 10 day hold. Do not use this branch!!

I can't even close an account!!!! A teller can't do it, you can't do it online and they "have no appointments available". They charge you monthly for the pleasure of crappy service. Good luck

Went there to open a business account with $250,000.00They told me that without an appointment, they could not open one. I asked them, are you really turning away a quarter million dollar deposit/new corporate account? They said yes, their attitude was that they could not care less. I went to CHASE on Bay Area Blvd, love their service. Stay away from this horrible service. Adding insult to injury, 12 hours after my post, "owner" responds with the same cut and paste remark they give everyone else...
