Easily the best AutoZone I've ever been to. I have an older 70 Series Land Cruiser, and while a lot of questions have rightfully stumbled them, such as my windshield wiper size, they have always gone above and beyond to take care of us.
You can be assured that this location will not sell you something for the sake of meeting a quota or numbers, they want their customers to be informed and receive the tailored service they desire.

Yesterday I walked in, anxious because I didn't know what was going on with my car. I was greeted by a team member that made me feel welcome with their cheery demeanor, followed by Jacob coming to my rescue with his impeccable customer service which auto-matically (ba dum tss) put me at ease. I could tell he has a vast amount of knowledge about cars and he took his time to help me understand what was going on. He was patient and went above and beyond to assist me. Jacob is an amazing and necessary asset to the AutoZone team and I definitely recommend him to anyone who needs help with their car.

The tensioner was priced at $79.99 but I explained I saw it on their website for cheaper. The customer svc rep. searched for it and found one in Pasadena for $45. He had shipped to this store and called me the next day when it was ready! He went above and beyond 10 minutes before closing time.
